My experience was confusing, cumbersome, redundant and frustrating. I simply quit trying to use this thing, whatever it is. I'm a Vet and am trying to use the "VA health" app, but it uses this "ID.me" to verify who I am. After 4 attempts and 4 security codes later, and STILL not able to get to use the app, I aborted.
Dont force a face scan on me with all these other ways to verify someone, im not being convicted of a crime, the irs needs to do better to understand who we are identification wise!

My agent was professional and helpful. She was courteous and asked how I was doing. The video call experienced issues at the beginning but that was probably due to local cellular towers.

Next, the level of assurance of who I am was definitely a very high bar to meet.
