After a recent (online, delivery) purchase, I noticed some missing offers. I waited for a couple days, the offers were still not credited so I submitted a ticket to have this reviewed. In less than 24 hours, not only had one of Ibottas representatives reached out to me, but had corrected the issue and all eligible offers were credited to my account.
Ibotta takes a little time to review and grab rebates, but the site is well organized and in my opinion, worth it. I've received over $600 in gift cards since I started. Customer service is good; usually responding within 24 hours.
Not good. Hard to attach my online purchases. Nothing attaches to receive cash back. Very disappointed
I had a mistake in the reciept as I was missing offers but then they fixes it. I am so grateful the issue got revolved especially as I am trying to become a good ccouponer for my mom not to stress so much about prices.

My account was frozen for no reason and it won't let me withdraw my money. I earned that money but can't get it out of my account. Then it takes days to hear back
Ronnie and Ralph were the best. I thought I was going to have a hard time getting my rewards but everything went smoothly. They listed all the monies I would get back and how they were credited. I wish all representatives were as attentive as Ronnie and Ralph were.

Thanks so much for rectifying a disappointing experience. Brings back my joy for Ibotta. Attempted to submit a receipt three days after purchase but one item wouldn't scan even though I checked all of the parameters. Since it was after midnight, I decided to wait and try again later that day. When I scanned my receipt that night, the one problem item and two others from the same candy manufacturer had vanished from my gallery. I reluctantly submitted what I could, hoping I could get a fix. The Ibotta Care team came through for me, fixing $4.00 of rebates and a related Bonus. I will have an extra big smile as I build the Easter baskets for my grandkids!
