I have not been able to get on Ibotta since May. I have tried to contact anyone but nothing. Yesterday after all this time someone told me what to do. You have a computer thing that asks you what you need and most of the time she would say can you ask that in a different way. That did not help. But I hope I have it right now I never got anything to tell me to update. I don't care how much I could have got back I am just glad I got it done
