I was missing credit for a purchase. I sent a request for review of the purchase and was quickly credited.
Apparently my account was hacked and Ibotta deactivated it for reasons, when I reached out to them the representative George was super helpful with the process of explaining and transferring my earnings to the new account
Before leaving to go shopping I open the Ibotta app and pick and choose what Is on my list. There I always something in the app that I want or need. I have saved so much money since I started using Ibotta. Try it, you won't be sorry!

I had an issue with offers disappearing because I missed an offer and resubmitted. Ibotta fixed the issue quickly.
I initially had an amount that showed I received a rebate. A day later, the decision was partially reversed and the money withdrawn. I went to Ibotta's website and "chatted" with the bot there. (Not particularly pleased with that interaction, but I did find out how to contact Ibotta through the app.) I filled out a review form, followed the instructions given and within a few hours, the review was done and the money back in my account.
Customer support is great and easy to work with.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
