I'm disappointed that the majority of cash back applies to Walmart. I wish there was better representation from other stores as I do not shop at Walmart.
I had an issue and sent an email while on a bus full of 5th graders going on a field trip to DC. My issue was resolved so quickly! Grateful for the great customer service I received.
I purchase many of the items on Ibotta so it is a no brainer to join and get money back for your purchases. It adds up and before you realize, you are collecting a few hundred dollars.

When using the Ibotta app, even though the listed products have been bought and they have been checked in the app they fail to show up when submitted. Then when you choose missing cash back and have to scan the barcodes manually, it shows that it took and then later it still doesn't give you the cash back for said product. It really is frustrating!

I was locked out of withdrawal, due to use error. A mistake I made. I received a rapid response and had my account restored the same day!
Once I was able to get to a customer service form and not a chat bot, the customer service rep solved my issue in only a few minutes!
The Ibotta app works well for me. The offers are clear, the ability to check in store if the barcode on an item matches the offer, and the timely notification that I have received or have cashback pending is appreciated. Another positive is the customer service. While there are AI options to answer questions, there is still an opportunity to submit a request to a person to help resolve your issue. Today they were able to quickly identify the issue that led to my not receiving cash back for an online order and immediately issued me a credit. Great app and great cash back service.
I purchased Velveeta cheese. The bonus was to purchase Ro*Tel diced tomatoes. I did! And I did not receive the bonus which was to be $2.22, instead I received $1.00 for the cheese.
