I have a large family, 4 hungry growing kids. I shop a lot, I always have a lot of receipts. Every month my account has been flagged, had money reversals, now permanently deactivated. Every time I would ask for an explanation as to what I'm doing that is getting my account flagged they would just refer me to the terms and agreement page, which I've read MULTIPLE times. I have not violated any of them, as soon as I get close to being able to cash out $20 I get some notification about not being able to withdraw my money, or my account was blocked.
I have had helpful representatives unblock my account but never actually give me a specific reason as to why or what is making my account so difficult.
I have had legitimate receipts with cashback and ibotta decided on 3 SEPERATE receipts they were taking money away from my account, and I'm not talking about consecutive days, I'm talking receipts weeks apart from each other, again without any explanation.
I use a 3 other receipt apps that are EXTREMELY easy and less time consuming because you don't have to mark each individual item. I have yet to have any issues with these apps and I probably submit more receipts to those apps because ibotta doesn't always have the store I use, or I can submit gasoline gas receipts.
Don't waste you're time. I don't even get much money back from the receipts I do add and by the time I reach the withdrawal point an issue comes up with my account and I would have to contact support.
I'm truly upset because I did enjoy the app but it is beyond frustrating to have to contact support every month
I had missing bonuses and was having trouble uploading receipts it was 3 of them and I reached out to customer service and the were able to help me and I really appreciated their help and how soon they replied and looked into my trouble I had thank you

I had an issue with my account mistakenly being deactivated. I reached out to Ibotta's support team and they corrected the issue immediately! I didn't have to jump through hoops to have them resolve the problem. They also issued my 10 bonus because I was just about to complete it when my account was deactivated. Everything was smooth and fast. I have always referred and recommended friends to use Ibotta but if you ever have an issue please don't hesitate to reach out to them. Their customer service is amazing 🥰

I bought the product 3 days ago, and have sent numerous requests, but i am being ignored due to YOUR "technical issues". Really, for 25 cents you can't be honest!
I really like the Ibotta app, I have saved so much money since I downloaded it. I am always adding receipts so I get the savings.

This is a great app and easy to navigate. Giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because on occasion I have had to reach out to customer support for missing cash back but they always reply quickly and resolve the issue.

I had a small glitz, contacted customer service and they quickly fixed the problem. The best part was they remembered to include a credit for my bonus. They were polite and quick.love their attention to detail!

I really like using the App, however more products should be added. With the price increase of food items, I am always looking for a deal or sale.

Ibotta is a great app. I had a problem with my cash rebate, not showing up and I contacted them by email and they were working with me to make sure I received the money I was due without any hesitation. They are quick to respond and very helpful. There are other apps out there that you can use, but I definitely will stick with Ibotta. If you don't have it, you are missing out.

Was missing $. They explained why I was not credited the $ in a timely fashion. I was not aware of the fact that Giant Eagle and Market District have two different accounts

I recently had noticed I was missing cash back on a reciept. The team was quick to respond and quick to add to my balance. This is such a great way to earn money back on items you purchase. I am so glad to use Ibotta and have such a great team working there and they look out for you when you miss something that you bought and are quick to let you know. Can't express how great this is. When I run short on grocery money I can depend on getting my savings the same day as requested. Go Ibotta!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
