Ibotta is a great app. I had a problem with my cash rebate, not showing up and I contacted them by email and they were working with me to make sure I received the money I was due without any hesitation. They are quick to respond and very helpful. There are other apps out there that you can use, but I definitely will stick with Ibotta. If you don't have it, you are missing out.
A mistake was made so I sent over my info to the Ibotta team for corrections. Joel and Danica were just absolutely amazing. Quick responses and corrections were wonderful.

I recently had noticed I was missing cash back on a reciept. The team was quick to respond and quick to add to my balance. This is such a great way to earn money back on items you purchase. I am so glad to use Ibotta and have such a great team working there and they look out for you when you miss something that you bought and are quick to let you know. Can't express how great this is. When I run short on grocery money I can depend on getting my savings the same day as requested. Go Ibotta!

I have used this app for several years and have earned over $2K back in cash credits for products that I buy regularly. It's great that they can link your rewards programs at different stores and vendors and automatically scan for credits that you've earned. However, there are times where some of the interfaces with certain vendors don't always work automatically, and it requires me to submit a ticket to earn my credits. The support staff has always been extremely quick to respond, and we usually get the issues resolved in a reasonable time.

I've been using Ibotta to save since 2013. I only wonder why more people do not. There have been many upgrades and improvements over the years. I primarily use it to save on my grocery bill, but there are other features that I don't. I'm sure there might be ways to save even more. What hasn't changed is the high quality customer service. Response time is better than advertised.

Francis D. Of the care team quickly responded to a problem I had. I was reviewing my payment for a receipt I loaded a few days ago and found that 2 items were not accepted, the error stated those two items were not found. I reported the issue and was told 2 to 3 days for a response. Francis responded almost immediately and corrected the issue before she contacted me via email. Awesome customer service. I reached out due to a problem with a product that "said any variety" and hadn't received credit for it. Aike resolved the problem and credited me the $2.00 I was missing. What I don't appreciate is the insult "that I should read the details". I read those details and that is why I reached out to the Help Desk to begin with. It was obnoxious and rude. Ibotta had put "any variety" under the coupon. That means any of that product in that size.

Picture of receipt taken but not all Ibotta rebates were included, so I scanned the remaining ones and hit done only to find out one previous purchase on same receipt was left off (3 instead of 4 rebates). Requested to add the remaining item on original receipt, which was accomplished. Thank you!

I've used Ibotta for years. Although, I've seen other's complain about the service, I have never had an issue with my rewards. If rewards are missing, I simply contact customer care and they have always quickly resolved the issue. Also, I once received Wal Mart cash and Ibotta cash the same time without realizing it. I received an email from Ibotta explaining the issue and they removed my rewards for that transaction. I completely understood and as long as you use Ibotta the correct way, it is definitely a beneficial program. I will continue to use Ibotta as long as possiible!
