I had written in cause I had missing cash. Come to find out I had the right product cause I made sure of that but wrong size! I thought I had a bigger bag. They're all too heavy for me! But anyway customer support gave me the missing money for my product! I love Ibotta's customer support team! They always explain everything to you!

I've tried literally tons of online, so called "money saving" apps. I've never been able to get cash out and it is discouraging. For someone who is living paycheck to paycheck and lost their home every penny counts. In just one week with this app I've managed to cash out over 40 bucks! To some people that may not be much but it's dinner on the table and gas in my car. Thank you Ibotta! If you don't like money then you won't like this. And it's easy as heck to use too.

I love Ibotta. I earn cash. Its very easy and fun! I wish I had known about Ibotta longer. But I'm so thankful.

Amazing app, but wish they had mire offers. Very legit! Not like other apps. You will get cash back not gift card.

At first I found Ibotta to be somewhat confusing but now I utilize it to the max. Here are some tips to help those who are struggling. Once you select the store you are going to buy from then select the items you are going to buy. When you select an item tap on it and be sure to read the exclusions. For instance, if the item is for Oreo NBA Cookies, you can only buy that particular one, not the overstuffed, etc. Make your grocery list from those items you have chosen. To Redeem those items you just scan your receipt. Sometimes after you scan your receipt there will still be items left in you account, when you tap on the item they will ask you to scan the bar code of that item. I use the gift card for withdrawing the funds I have earned. Just select the store, and then the amount you want to withdraw and Ibotta will email you a gift card that you can print or save as a picture. Some stores only let you withdraw a $25 gift card. Wal-Mart and other stores gives you more selections of denominations for withdrawing. Once I navigated around the program, I got the hang of it. Keep working at it and you too will be saving tons of money.

I am Tamera, and I will be honest, and happy to share my review with you about Ibotta.'I was an avid user for 2 years and 3 months. I experienced a few glitches and some money loss. I learned the ropes of the app, and I began to use it excessively at times. This is "good until it goes bad". You will get warnings that you've been "flagged" or "your receipt "does not show the total". Which one? One from three weeks ago? Oh, Whole Foods... had problems with those receipts before... In two years, I've lost 150.00 in separate instances. Despite these strange situations, I reached icon status, and watched my bonus and the WF money, along with Walgreens money disappear again. I had no choice but to close out my account, after I was locked out. Also, I helped build it to near one billion in my lost revenue... I am a bit stunned four days later... loss for words... I've tried using Ibotta twice, pickup shopping at Walmart. First time, half of the items were acknowledged and showed up on my Ibotta account, but the other half did not register. I contacted them, sent them a picture of the pertinent part of the receipt and explained exactly the amount they still owed me. That wasn't good enough... They wanted pictures of all the purchases, pictures of the upc codes and the complete receipt. I decided it wasn't worth my time to jump through all of those hoops for $4.50 in rewards. The second time I used Ibotta, I did not receive any rewards $ at all (maybe 3 or 4 items). Ibotta is a total waste of time and a definite pisser.

I stumbled upon Ibotta and I've been hooked ever since. What a great way to earn extra money and then you get buy unexpected things.

This is crap. I was charged 3.99 for not using the account. In what world does a fee for not using a service that I, initially, signed up for make sense?! Also, in order to cancel, you have to submit a service ticket. Cant just unlink a card or click a button. No, its a PROCESS. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

This app is legit. Gets me to try all kinds of new things because I see deals on the app, sometimes even for a completely free item after cash back. The cash back adds up fast and is easy to redeem. Great app I highly recommend it.

So my friend just suggest me this app for grocery cash back. So im so love it, it very easy to get cash back and also i can get cash back for online shopping too. And i didnt see any cash back app better than Ibotta. Love it

I love using Ibotta. I'm a senior and it helps me save money. I've never had a problem with them but my daughter-in-law did so she quit using it. So far so good no complaints from me. With me using coupons I save even more. Thank you Ibotta I love saving with you.

I do like this app considering you get cash back on things you buy anyway my only issue is its mainly name brand items. What about store brands?
