So half the time I don't get any money, today I got 3 out of the 11 bucks I paid. Site never works and you can't get anyone to help you. What a waste of my time and money!

I find this app super easy to use and I've never had any issue with getting the rebate money I qualify for. You simply add the rebates prior to submitting your receipt and Ibotta does the rest. I've not had an issue so I can't speak to any customer service related things. I would recommend.

Love this app so much it helps me save some money plus the deals are amazing plus love going through all the deals I that Ibotta offers

When I first started using a Ibotta it was very confusing, however there are many tutorials not only on the Ibotta site but on YouTube as well. A lot of the products I found are not in the stores it says they are in. Example they had a bag of potting soil I search Walmart high and low, went back two times and still no sign of that brand that it was giving a rebate on from the Ibotta site. A lot of the products our products I would never buy. However there have been some products that I seen on the side that I wanted to try. I'm starting to get the hang of the site. It takes a lot of time and work. I hope that it gets better.

Ibotta is an easy app to use to earn money towards shopping. It's worth it to scan your receipts. Before you know it you've earned extra money.

I make my list, I scan my items, and I get credit for 2 things and not the 6 or 7 that I bought. It should have been close to $7.
I like fetch better. Just scan and it figures it out for you. No games. Tired of fighting with the app.

I love using Ibotta when shopping for my groceries at places I love like HEB and Sprouts or for beauty, health and hygienic products like at Walgreens. I have been using this IBOTTA app for about 7 years off and on. Haven't used it in about a year and decided to use today while grocery shopping. I made $15 in one shopping trip today at Wal-Mart. I had stopped actively using the app because it seemed to take a while to reach the $20 cashout threshold (this was not originally a requirement). After today, I am excited to say that I will be back actively using the app for more cash rewards.

They deactivated my account just because I helped my parents create their ibotta accounts using my emails, which were two different emails that were different from the one I use for my ibotta. I even used their own phone numbers and paypals to create their accounts. I also tried withdrawing my cash, which was over $100, way before I helped my parents create their accounts and ibotta didn't let me. Customer support has also decided to end conversations with me. They have no excuse for the $#*!ty actions they've been doing to their users!

I Botta is a great app def recommend it. I love to save as much as possible. In one month I saved 50 that was awesome because either way I was buying this stuff

I get very little rebate because I choose to purchase mostly non. Processed foods and no alcohol. All the rebates are for ‘organic', expensive, processed foods and booze. I only get about a quarter a week so it's hardly worth letting them leach my info for it.

I love this app so much. I use it every month I go shopping ( I usually shop once or twice a month) and it has saved me so much. I mean I'm in the $500 club and it's only been like 4 months since I've started using ibotta. So that should tell ya something. Thanks ibotta team for doing all you can to help my family save as much as we can in this time of crisis.
