I started using this app service because every single penny matters to us. My husband is disabled and I take care of my 85 year old mother. Money is tight. At first I had no difficulty with the site, I bragged on it to everyone. Now tho, every time I shop I have to open a case. I am severely auto immune. Going into a store, honestly I may never get to do again. I have to rely on grocery pick up. So I pick up my order and wait and the next day I'm still waiting. I open a case and most the time I get the reply of I need to make copies of everything, scan barcodes, resubmit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled tried all I can. Finding the rebates is my job…. I click on them as directed. It is your job to honor those items with the points. I feel like I am beating a dead horse. Yes deactivate me. When leaving a review I will be just as detailed, polite, and thorough as I have been with you

Ibotta SUCKS and RIPS PEOPLE OFF
I go by all of their rules. I spend lots and lots of money at supermarkets and other retailers. I put in for digital receipts so there for all I would have to do is purchase the eligible items that would earn cash back. Well originally I " never had an issue and hit my goal for a gift card in no time at all. Well I noticed I haven't received any cash back. I reached out to ibotta and the person that emailed me yesterday asked me to submit my receipts. I explained ibotta owed me well over $10 if not more, explained in detail. Tonight another person stated after my submitting my receipts. And going through my entire email. The person that contacted me today ( mind you less then one day later). Stated unfortunately the ibotta team cannot except the receipts because they are over a week old. What difference does it make if the items are on the ibotta site to be redeemed and you have the receipts What's the use of having digital receipts if ibotta isn't doing their job by giving you credit for it. I am going to contact the bbb. This company shouldn't be allowed to do this to anyone. I have receipts for probably 3 or 4 twenty packs scott toilet paper which earn. $2 back on each. As well as other redeemable items that haven't been credited credited to my account. I think they lure people in and give them the cash or gift cards the first or second time then run their bs the time expired. Then what's the reason for digital receipts? I had no issue the first few weeks. I am not letting them do this to me, it is wrong plain and simple.

All you do is look in the app for the deals, go shopping like we all have to do anyway, scan your receipt and you get money back! I have saved up enough money in this app this past year that I can buy a new laptop and a printer! So awesome

It gives you some free options where you get your full money back and even then it still helps being able to save some money. The back to school money back on supplies really helps I love Ibotta for doing that!

I love this app! They give you cash back for buying certain items. Once you reach $20 you can cash out. They really do send you the $.

Ibotta stole my money. You get five dollars for signing up with a barter but then they take the money back right away. What a scam! I tried reaching the company but they don't respond. What a racket.

I absolutely love this app. It put money back into my pocket for the everyday shopping I do. Ibotta is a great app! I recommend it to everyone.

So far it is working great for me. I got free school supplies today. I just stared using the app and cashed out for two ITunes gift cards. One for $25 and one for $20! At first I didn't know what I was doing but today I went to the store and got the free school supplies from Walmart. I made sure to check everything I bought and then I scanned the bar code on my receipt. I got the credit for the school supplies and a $5 and $15 bonus for being a new user.

There are a few things about ibotta that drive me crazy, like the fact that if you don't have the item saved but it's on your scanned receipt they won't say hey look what you missed! Or the fact that getting my Walmart account to sync was quite a task. Other than that I Truly love the app the savings are worth the effort more often than not.

I tried to get rewards on Ibotta for Piggly Wiggly, Wisconsin. Unfortunately by the time they received my items the store was switching to the Rewards Card for using. So in that time everything got deleted. I have an issue with my cell phone & some things I need to do. So it became ugly on my end. I left a message yesterday & again this afternoon to see if they could help me with getting it solved. So just now I decided to check to see if anything was being done & to my surprise I received the money! Once again Ibotta stood up to help me. Thanks so much you people are totally awesome & so helpful. Keep up the great work. Because of the help I got a payment of $4.25. Thanks!

Ibotta is a ver easy to use app. They offer so many retailers to choose from when you shop. The process is easy to follow and you earn cash.
