I strongly do not recommend this company for customers to get anything back the company will keep your earnings they have a horrible way of business with the better business bureau
My advice to businesses who want to partner with ibotta is DON'T DO IT

I love ibotta. I shop- submit my receipt and usually within minutes cash is in my account that i can transfer to my bank and spend.
Ibotta makes shopping fun and profitable.

My daughter shared this app with me and I have already saved $25 in the two times I have used it. I am excited to learn the app better and save even more money.

I like the app but it does take awhile to add up
Money, but you do get money back. I do wish they gave more money on something's and they have more options for different products. Or more any items so you can get something if it's not the brand that they have but didn't get. Also when you have to upload the receipt and then you still have to take a picture of the barcode on the product. You have the receipt for proof and also have to do that, very annoying cause you might not have it anymore.

I absolutely love, love, love Ibotta! I've been using it for a year and have cashed out over $300.00. I love the bonuses they add because it really helps to get up to the 20.00 very quickly. Just this past week I've already cashed out over $40.00 and an extra 10.00 for referring a friend. Thank you Ibotta!

Easy to use app that helps you get some money back and they always have different items and stores that you can redeem from. I've been a member for a bit and couldn't recommend a better app to use to get cash back on everyday buys by just scanning your receipts! They do online as well!

I started using this app service because every single penny matters to us. My husband is disabled and I take care of my 85 year old mother. Money is tight. At first I had no difficulty with the site, I bragged on it to everyone. Now tho, every time I shop I have to open a case. I am severely auto immune. Going into a store, honestly I may never get to do again. I have to rely on grocery pick up. So I pick up my order and wait and the next day I'm still waiting. I open a case and most the time I get the reply of I need to make copies of everything, scan barcodes, resubmit. I've uninstalled and reinstalled tried all I can. Finding the rebates is my job…. I click on them as directed. It is your job to honor those items with the points. I feel like I am beating a dead horse. Yes deactivate me. When leaving a review I will be just as detailed, polite, and thorough as I have been with you

Ibotta SUCKS and RIPS PEOPLE OFF
I go by all of their rules. I spend lots and lots of money at supermarkets and other retailers. I put in for digital receipts so there for all I would have to do is purchase the eligible items that would earn cash back. Well originally I " never had an issue and hit my goal for a gift card in no time at all. Well I noticed I haven't received any cash back. I reached out to ibotta and the person that emailed me yesterday asked me to submit my receipts. I explained ibotta owed me well over $10 if not more, explained in detail. Tonight another person stated after my submitting my receipts. And going through my entire email. The person that contacted me today ( mind you less then one day later). Stated unfortunately the ibotta team cannot except the receipts because they are over a week old. What difference does it make if the items are on the ibotta site to be redeemed and you have the receipts What's the use of having digital receipts if ibotta isn't doing their job by giving you credit for it. I am going to contact the bbb. This company shouldn't be allowed to do this to anyone. I have receipts for probably 3 or 4 twenty packs scott toilet paper which earn. $2 back on each. As well as other redeemable items that haven't been credited credited to my account. I think they lure people in and give them the cash or gift cards the first or second time then run their bs the time expired. Then what's the reason for digital receipts? I had no issue the first few weeks. I am not letting them do this to me, it is wrong plain and simple.

All you do is look in the app for the deals, go shopping like we all have to do anyway, scan your receipt and you get money back! I have saved up enough money in this app this past year that I can buy a new laptop and a printer! So awesome

It gives you some free options where you get your full money back and even then it still helps being able to save some money. The back to school money back on supplies really helps I love Ibotta for doing that!
