I like the app but wish it would automatically add my deals versus me searching thru and adding everything manually like another app I just started using.

I downloaded the app and really didn't use it much, but my daughter explained it to me how to use it and now I find that I can really save a lot of money. And sometimes you get more refund that you even paid for the item. Great deal!

So helpful to get money back on stuff I am already purchasing for my family especially in this tough time we're in

I really like Ibotta it is so easy to use. U click on a product buy it and u get rewarded. I'm having a lot of fun with it. It is easy to use. I'm not tech savvy so if I can use it u know its easy.

I love Ibotta it's so much fun and rewarding all at the same time and it has actually saves me a few time when I realized I had no money then I remembered the Ibotta app checked my balance and had more then enough to immediately transfer to my bank and the situation was resolved quickly. I often forget to check my balance but I always look at the deals and make a grocery list and try to add on as much as I can ever since I realized I can get my cash immediately if needed for emergencies. I just started using this app and is fantastic, you really earn so fast money. I really recommend this application to any one and you will see how fast you will earn money.

I have used Ibotta for several years. Used is a loose term, as I have had more problems with this app than my time was worth.

My phone was hacked at one point, and I was never able to retrieve almost $60 I had earned. I went in to try to reset my info, and everything seemed to be alright putting in my receipts, but when I tried to get my new money out, I was told my phone number belonged to another account.

After several attempts trying to get anyone at the company to listen... One person suggested I get a friend to let me use their phone number to retrieve my money... I contacted the BBB.

The BBB wrote me several days later saying entire thing had been cleared and since they hadn't heard from me, they were closing the investigation. I wrote back and said nothing has been cleared and was sent a copy of the email I was supposedly sent. Imagine my surprise when I went to my account and my phone number was now connected.

Tonight, however, I tried to retrieve my money, again, and Ibotta now won't recognize my email and password.

This isn't a huge amount, only $25, but for someone on Social Security, it makes a difference.

I don't like writing bad reviews, but I believe it a person puts in the time and effort, and now has been, frankly, fleeced twice by a company, others should know.

They'll end up getting $85, but I shan't be doing anything more with them at this point.

You all may do as you please, but be aware.

I am pretty new at this but I found it to be fairly easy to do. I haven't redeemed anything yet but will soon.

Wow, so at first, I was really skeptical about the app, didn't think I'd ever earn anything, then I started my shopping list using ibotta and bada-bing, Bada Ching! I couldn't believe I hit the $50's club as fast as I did! Sometimes, the app paid for the product I bought, ya can't beat that! Add coupons, and savings are great! Love this app, and will continue to use it and earn money!
