I buy mostly whole foods, store brands and fresh foods. There is very little cash back for people like me. If I wanted to buy prepackaged frozen crap I'd double my food bill and maybe get $10 back every month. It would still be a losing proposition. It's a waste of my time to submit a 10 cent "any receipt" just to have the system reject the receipt. If you're rich and want to pretend you're saving money this ap is for you.

Ibotta was an amazing site at one time. Now to search through all the amazing Cashback products order them and never get the cashback- seems like scam to me to get paid to shop through the app and lie about getting the rewards. I honestly wonder how much they get paid to shop through the site

Although Ibotta can be a bit time consuming, it's worth it. It does take a while to get a good amount of money back, but if you stick with it, you can get some good gift cards.

They deactivated my account for no reason and I've emailed them twice and they refuse to give me a straight answer on what I did wrong. I have not even scanned a code yet or used the app. Horrible customer service.

The Ibotta app is still difficult to navigate between the functions. Just too slow. Keep it simple. The minimum cash out for PayPal is fast, however the 20.00 minimum is too high. Lower the minimum and charge a small percentage for the PayPal option.
Overall I really like the app and the cash back for simply shopping, but I can honestly give no more than 3 stars.

At first I felt that the app was alittle hard to get a hang of, once I kept using it I realized how amazing the app is! I have gotten $75 dollars back and helps out when I need alittle extra $$$. I love this app!

This is the best app than other ones because given a lot more rewards and Cash back and all the time have amazings offers for the recipes of any store highly recommended

I have earned over $320 so far. It's like my piggy bank and helps me save up money. There are a great deal of choices for applying money to gift cards when your ready to cash out and tons of coupons to choose from. So simple. I mostly shop online at Walmart through the Ibotta app but yesterday I was in walmart.and ibotta automatically applied cash back to my account and I wasn't aware of it. What I nice surprise. I love ibotta. I m a casual user... meaning I don't always use it and yet I've gotten over $320 back. I will always use ibotta app (especially now) to save even more money in this rough economy where everything is so expensive. If you want to earn free $10 then download the ibotta app and use my code lhouduw. You will get 10 bucks and so will I! When you refer the app you get paid too!

I have been doing Ibotta for several years and I am about done. Instead of their technology getting better to fix mistakes, it's getting worse. It's cumbersome to report missing rebates and multiple times a week now it seems I need to report a missing rebate. There is no reason for this. The time I have to spend sending in all the info they want because they won't look it up themselves. They can see the order where they give the original rebates, they need to do the work of looking at it and fixing it. I shouldn't spend 30 min each time going back and looking at the orders to get the info to give it all to them. This is what you are signing up for if you do this app. Nothing is easy with them and you have to watch every order to make sure you get your cash back or you have done it for nothing.

A lot of things I buy in one week doesn't appear in the Ibotta app till the week after for cash back. It seems to me they may be using discounts at specific stores to decide what not to offer cash back on. Another issue with Ibotta is not all stores have cash back for purchases sometimes if you purchase at Super One, pick and Save, Dollar General Etc they only offer cash back if you purchase that same item at Walmart. Sometimes they also ask not only for the receipt but they ask for the barcode off the product this is kind of difficult if you've already used the product before uploading the receipt. I don't think I bought it is worth the amount of time to go in and select products that's the only way you get paid is to select before you purchase. Then you have to upload the receipt and sometimes also upload the barcode it's a ridiculous app very hard to earn money unless you're purchasing the exact products they have on that week and purchasing from the store that they are using for that product that week. Fetch Rewards receipt pal and Receipt Hog are much better apps. I only gave them two stars I would have given them less however I did cash out from there app after a few years of using it I finally earned enough to cash out.

This app is amazing? I have got back $30 in one shopping trip! It's easy to navigate, and you can scan any items at the store to see if there is a deal. You can make a whole dinner and get cash back!

... then Ibotta is your app! It's absolutely ridiculous the hoops that you have to jump through to get the cash back. Ibotta is getting about as ridiculously ridiculous as Coupons.com. My advice. Just don't. Save yourself time. Because, after all, time IS money. And the time that is spent trying to get the promised cash back is time not well spent.

I totally enjoy using Ibotta to get cash back on items I already buy. You should try it. It's Fabulous.

Ibotta use to be great. They always had bonuses for doing so many offers, now you're lucky if you even get a bonus. The offers almost always reset. But now they do not reset. I don't know what's going on with ibotta. But they ain't like they use to be

The app is pretty good but the customer service is horrible! I've sent I don't know how many emails to customer service with a question and the answers have nothing to do with my questions! They need to have a phone number to speak with someone!

Just starting, but already earned cash back and a bonus. Seems to be easier and has better offers than fetch.
