I'm very excited to get money back when the items bought is on Ibotta!

I've received emails from Ibotta within minutes of my check out advising me to go back and claim offers.

I've been using this app for quite awhile now I haven't had any real issues when It has missed something it's easy to get quick support. Once you get at least $20 you can purchase gift cards or transfer to your PayPal and it gets transferred so quickly. If you're the main shopper in your household this app is a no brainer. The only complaint is if the scanning the receipt was easier for example just scanning instead of lining up until the lines turn green.

It's been a little confusing learning to use the app, but I'm getting the hang of it and the reward is worth it!

Overall, I've been fairly satisfied with Ibotta and my earnings through grocery, various retailers and restaurants. However, I don't understand why there are hundreds of offers available across many stores/retailers, such as Meijer, Kroger, Walmart, etc., but those same offers are not available for BJ's Wholesale Club—you only offer a handful, and I've noticed it's never for products like paper towels, toilet paper or laundry detergents—why is that?! I wish someone would look into that… needs to change!

I keep trying but have little luck getting receipts to show up on Ibotta. I have tried since December and this is first one for almost 2 months. At least 10+ and Ibotta couldn't read them.

Just like the some of the stuff on here, but not all selections I like. Alcohol isn't my thing. Should be less?

I love getting rebates on products that I would buy anyway. I make my grocery list using the rebates available in the app. After shopping, I upload the receipt to the app, and receive rebates on some of the items that I buy. I can use the money for gift cards, or deposit the cash in Paypal or my bank accoung. It's a great program.

I submit receipt and for the last few times it always comes back that they can't find the offers on the receipt when clearly they are on the receipt

I never worry about using this site. I have been using it for several years and never had a problem.

I have been using coupon apps for years to help supplement my son's college savings plan. I was not seeing the offers that I wanted on the app I was using prior to Ibotta so I did a little online research and found all roads point to Ibotta. I joined in January 2024 and already hit the 2000 club. Amount of deals and customer service is off the charts. If you link your Walmart Pay you don't even have to take a photo of the receipt when shopping there. It is all product your buying anyway so why not take the rebate.

Legitimate, it actually pays out, payout is fast. You can earn cash back not only for in-store, but also shopping online, with some stores you can even link accounts so don't have to worry about uploading the receipt. Highly recommend the app. Thank you Ibotta!

I have used ibotta on and off for a few years. I always have had a great experience. Even when I have issues with offers matching, I reach out and they never give an issue with fixing it. I have gotten some great deals through the flash deals. I would recommend screenshots and verifying the credits you receive because it does mess up and you will want to know the details if it does.

Total Scam! Stole my money! Do not use this app! When I tried to withdraw all of a sudden they couldn't accept receipts from money they gave me! SCAM! I double checked every item so I know it's bs!

Ibotta has very sneaky small print rules... Should you forget to use the app for a short period of time, they secretly deduct $3.99 from your account on an ongoing basis... which is linked to your bank account and without any notice.

My account was permanently deleted by Ibotta. They didn't give any explanation at all. I emailed them more than once to ask why and I just got back the generic answer of they can decide at anytime to delete an account. In my opinion they did so because I was using the app well and getting cash back. That is all I can go on since they will not give me an explanation. I am so disappointed. Don't bother getting this app. They will just kick you off if you actually use it.
