I've been using Ibotta now for a couple of years. It takes a few minutes before you go shopping to check off things or review updates on the app, but totally worth the small amount of time put into it. I catch myself sometimes buying something online, only to realize I didn't go through Ibotta! There's lots of businesses you can pick from to get money back, and very satisfying when you receive cash. There's a few glitches here and there, but it usually evens out.
I was missing cash back so I contacted Customer Service and they were very prompt in correcting the issue.

The reason why I would give Ibotta a 5-star rating is because I recently purchased a Two Good smoothie at Giant today, but I only got one smoothie, because I did not have time to purchase the second one, so I did not get that reward.

I've submitted receipts over the last few months with Acme deals that sometimes do not get recognized. I've scanned the items and still don't get cash back for those items. Today it was Post cereal that qualifies but I did not get the cash back. I do not have issues with ShopRite receipts.
Missing cashback has been disappointing especially I made a specific purchase for the reason. I checked the product upc for the offer before purchase but the cashback was missing.

After I scanned my receipt, one of my purchases was missing. I selected it and scanned the barcode. It was added immediately.
Bought 5 got credit only for 4 it happened a couple off times that ibotta only gives me credit for some items and not for all of my purchases

Too hard to use! Wasting my time sitting here clicking on "deals". Then go to the store and Oh we can't give you that deal because the store offers you discounts through their app! Whatever! So far I've saved.20 🎉 and wasted 3 hours that I'll never get back 👎🏼

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
