It's hard to score points when you have to go back and use the QC code. After you have put your groceries away, you don't want to have to go and find the right merchandise.

Given that I have been using Ibotta for over 8 years, there have been very few hiccups in its processes. I have earned over $9,000 in rebates which have paid for vacations, Christmas shopping, and other necessary things. I have zero complaints!

I'm missing cash from 2/16/24 receipt and from 2/21/24. For 2/16/24, missing $1.00 for buying 4 boxes of nature valley protein bars. I scanned my boxes nature valley barcodes and it said "match!" And then it showed the cash back was pending. When I checked it a day or two later the pending cash had just gone away with no email or any message saying why I didn't get the money. The same thing exactly happened with my receipt of 2/21/24($ missing, got a "match" on the bar codes, and then got that my case back was "pending", then "pending just disappeared in a day or 2 with no response or email from ibotta. I'm Missing $1.00 for buying 2 boxes general Mills cereal (rice Chex and corn Chex). Also missing $1.00 Ibottaversary bonus. The gen mills offer makes 3 offers fulfilled so I should get this bonus.
Unfortunately I get many emails Ibotta offers I can't use but no email and no cash back or any response to my request for cash for the offers I already fulfilled. PLEASE! I don't mean any rudeness, just pay me the $3.00 total which I'm owed!.

More availability on cashing in money earned. Being able to cash in for larger amounts. Raising the amount from 20.00$ to more of a choice.

I absolutely love Ibotta. All you have to do is scan a receipt or connect your store account to the Ibotta app and you get money back for items you need to buy anyways. I feel like I'm getting paid to shop.

I appreciate the fact that my issue was resolved quickly. My barcode wouldn't scan. The app wouldn't take the TC# either. I was credited within the hour after I submitted the ticket.

Easy way to make a grocery list & save money! Give it a try! Dont think you will be disappointed

I don't like the fact that I have to buy what's listed. I don't shop that way. I like being able to scan my receipt and have the app find the products that match their listed products for me and then apply the credits. 👎 to time consuming.

Ibotta is so easy to use and helps me try new things, while also getting cash back. I love trying to complete bonuses, and the $ transfer is so easy. I always encourage my friends to use the app

Ibotta is a great supplemental tool for our family! We get cash back on stuff we're buying anyways. Ibotta also makes it more likely for our home to buy name brand when the cash back evens out towards the generic price. We also use ibotta when it comes to trying things we typically wouldn't consider spending the money on because newer items tend to have a higher value cask back offer.

As long as I have used this app, I have made some real money. No, I'm not going to retire early, but it has helped in some emergency situations.
They have made actual improvements over the years.
I love this app. You will too if you try it out.

Easy to use. I love getting money back for things I buy anyway. Oh, and the bonuses are like even more free money! Customer service if needed is fast!

Ibotta is easy to use. It usually has a least a few products I buy listed and has encouraged me to try different products that have good incentives.

I am constantly having issues with food lion. My card is linked, I tap shop when I go in the store and I use my loyalty card at check out. I bought the Purdue 5 count chicken breasts and did not receive the cash back.

I've been using Ibotta now for a couple of years. It takes a few minutes before you go shopping to check off things or review updates on the app, but totally worth the small amount of time put into it. I catch myself sometimes buying something online, only to realize I didn't go through Ibotta! There's lots of businesses you can pick from to get money back, and very satisfying when you receive cash. There's a few glitches here and there, but it usually evens out.

I was missing cash back so I contacted Customer Service and they were very prompt in correcting the issue.
