First of all every time I have a problem using my Ibotta app, customer service always gets back with me promptly. This time I needed them because for some reason my receipt will not scan and most of the time I can use the TCP number but for some reason this time it wouldn't take that either and I knew I had about $22 sitting there that I wanted! I wrote in and first thing in the morning someone responded to me asked me for a little more information which I provided and 10 minutes later my issue is solved my money was credited to me and all was well!
These people know what they're doing they're great at it and they're always polite and as helpful as they can possibly be and it's greatly appreciated. I personally come from a customer service background 30 years in retail management so I have high expectations when it comes to customer service and a Ibotta reps have always exceeded those expectations.

Once again I was not properly credited for two multiple items at Safeway. The Safeway receipt now lists multiple purchases of the same item in the same line, with the numeric indication of the number of items. Receipt submission does NOT get this right, despite my scanning each item purchased. I requested the missing cash back following procedure in the app, again scanning each additional item as requested and approved. Yet, even the review does not give me the credit earned. Once again, I have to go through the process of requesting the additional money owed, first going through the ridiculous routine with the unintelligent Chat bot. IBOTTA, FIX THIS RECURRING, FRUSTRATING PROBLEM!

Ibotta is the only cash back app that I use, bc it is easy and convenient. I love being able to link my cards and not worry that I forgot to redeem after shopping. I love that it's not only groceries, but some of my favorite other brands as well. I love letting my money add up for a year and using it on either big Christmas gifts or towards our family vacations. I've bought kayaks with my extra money, as well as Apple Watches, bought my family of 4 an all day excursion on a Ranch out west during our Outwest Roadtrip, and lots of other little things.
Frequently, I will buy the full quantity of items for a deal. 99% of the time, even though I scan each item to make sure it qualifies, and I submit the receipt with all of the items scanned/shown, I only get credit for one item. It's a buggy app.

I'm getting more comfortable using but I'm still pretty confused about a few things.
Ie: are all receipts scanned? Am I correct that I can get.10 per receipt? Can't find the camera to use on receipts...
Items usually get picked up easily from the photo of receipt, not today, missed several. Also, when I selected an item and scanned barcode, not accepted. I should have scanned at store but really think this is a system error. And I do not see how to submit a claim. Used to be very easy to spot on app..
Seems like every time I shop at dollar general, there's an issue... Missing items, they don't carry it, something. Items disappearing while I shop... Just never had these issues before. So now I have wasted money.
I love how the app helps me find the deals that are most relevant to me and what my family needs. It is nice to use the different promotions to try something new that is similar to what I currently purchase. I have recommended it to several friends and family members.

I love saving money and trying new thing so when I get new coupons for new items I do try them. When you're short on money I leave the money and pull it out when I need it. It's like a mini saving account win win
Horrible! Only received.25 cents instead of the full 2.50 I should have gotten, so disappointing I will be sure and tell my friends as well that you people are not giving the correct amounts back, maybe we should ALL delete app all together!

Everyone who shops should have this app. It is easy to use, tracks your cash back immediately, and even alerts me if I purchased something but did not add it myself. I even set a goal before using the cashback for a special purchase, for example.

Ibotta has a lot of the Name Brand items I usually buy.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
