Confused at times

An example about my confusion is that I got an email saying I purchased something at Walmart that I could have activated an offer for an item on my Walmart receipt that I missed. Ibotta gave me instructions on how to activate that offer and still get the cash back. I can not find any offer on my receipt that I had missed.

Ibotta app

I enjoy shopping with Ibotta for most of my shopping needs. I always double check that I'm buying the right quantity ie: sizes, count etc. it's great to see you've got Cash Back. Then when I decide to Cash Out my Ibotta earnings it goes to whatever I decide, whether it be my bank account or Amazon etc.
I do highly recommend this app, you won't be disappointed.

For the most part, I really enjoy Ibotta. I enjoy getting the savings and they do add up
My only negative is that I frequently must double check to ensure that all of my savings were processed and then report them. This has happened with loyalty cards as well as non loyal card stores.

I'm not technologically savvy

While when you get all your rebates, it's wonderful and easy, I don't get at least 15% of my rebates. Trying to get them after is awful they need you to screen capture or whatever, send it, date, time, what, who, and they are not easy to work with. I feel like they just keep sending the same message, until YOU figure it out, or give up. I ve gotten back over $750 dollars, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I've lost a lot, and paid more money for products than I would have liked.

Better When I first Signed Up

The app is not difficult to work and the customer service (when i needed it) is good. When I first signed up I was getting a total of approximately $20 per month. This time it has taken me 3 months to get to $19.50 (still shy of $20 as I enter month 4). My shopping habits haven't changed. Being a little un-trusting - I think the algorithm is holding back on cash backs they know I like. They are trying to force me to try a product they're pushing. I don't appreciate that.

Ibotta consistently cheating me out of cash back even with a receipt and cards being connected. You send it inquiry's for them to give you your cash back and no response. They say up to 7 days but they lie it's an alleged theft of services if you ask me but to each is own. They really ain't tryna let you get no money they false advertise play it safe muah unlegit

Overall I love using Ibotta but tonight I showed proof of buying brachs candy and didn't get credit for it and instead of going through the list of items that give $$back why not just let us scan the receipt and the credits are picked up automatically
