I was missing the cents back on one of the items I purchased. I sent in a request for it and it was taken care of the same day! I was very satisfied with the Customer Service I received!

Seems a few of my orders have just slipped through THE OFFER PROCESS. I get Pennie's back as overall percentage of order, but fulfilled offers get skipped without having to email the help center numerous times.

I needed to change my email to access my Ibotta account. I contacted their support team and they helped me change my account information so I could access my account again. I didn't lose any of my money I had earned. I was so happy they quickly took care of me and sent me all the information I needed to let me know they were working on my case. Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
