A Little Short

Generally speaking, I've enjoyed using Ibotta. What I don't enjoy is missing out on getting $2 for a product that I did purchase, was on my receipt, exactly the right size and brand, yet not getting the bonus. Come on! Sure, it's only $2, but this seems to be happening more and more lately. Do better, Ibotta!

Seems a few of my orders have just slipped through THE OFFER PROCESS. I get Pennie's back as overall percentage of order, but fulfilled offers get skipped without having to email the help center numerous times.

No trust

Credit me my missing items

I sent in my receipt & it acted as though it took all three items. When I was credited the amount it left out the.20 I was supposed to be given for my any brand wipes & any brand or size tea. Please send the credit for my items. Thank you.

Changing my email
April 14, 2024

I needed to change my email to access my Ibotta account. I contacted their support team and they helped me change my account information so I could access my account again. I didn't lose any of my money I had earned. I was so happy they quickly took care of me and sent me all the information I needed to let me know they were working on my case.
