Over all great experience but this morning when I checked my account I had $25 dollars missing and I can't get them back I'm wondering what happened they just disappeared from my account

After some frustrating submissions, lately, it was so refreshing to have a very quick turn around. I did not have to add any missed items right after I submitted and none were taken away after being accepted initially. I did not have to worry that I missed the bonus because something was rejected. And it came back almost immediately… I did not have to wait 24 -? Hours. Thank you, sooo much. This is the IBotta I love!

I was having trouble with a receipt because this specific grocery store doesn't put barcodes on their receipts. Normally I wouldn't care, but there were quite a few things I wanted to check off! The people helping me figure out what I was able to get cash back on were so patient and kind. For something so little as a receipt! Thank you
They dont pay you fast you have to wait to the next day,and sometimes they dont want to pay you they make up 1,000 excuse
Had issues with my account, (not sure what happened) looked like my rewards were gone for good. I reached out to the Ibotta site, they pretty much held my hand through the process and I'm Very Happy to say my rewards were recovered and back in my account.
They took care of the issue quickly and correctly the first time I contacted them.
Since November I have gotten over 130$ another 30$ on its way. I will never stop using ibotta I would rather have money back for everyday purchases. Support always takes care of your issues!

Ibotta is quick at applying cashback, never have problems. Other sites I have tried incorrectly reject cashback sometimes and make it difficult to dispute, if you can dispute at all.
Most of the time I would have bought the item anyway. Sometimes I choose a certain size or brand just the money.

My mishap with a Sam's Club in store purchase was quickly fixed for me and Even though they didn't have to, my cash back was granted.
Long story short, read the small print. I'm so use to using Scan and Go in Sam's. However, you have to get a register receipt for in store cash backs.
I know they didn't have to go out of their way to grant my cash back. They did it with respect and inna timely fashion
I had a rebate not credit for a store where my account it linked. They were very helpful in getting this corrected and prompt with there response.
