I did very well except there were several items that were not available at the store and then I didn't get credit for the package of 15 bottles of Boost that I was supposed to get $5.00 back. I don't know why the Boost was $25.33.
Rebates issued within minutes most of the time! I have been waiting 10 days for rebates from another unnamed site. If there is an issue, it is usually resolved in a short amount of time! Money transferred easily and quickly to PayPal…
I did not add an item until after I submitted my receipt, but the item would have given me cash back. I emailed Ibotta and they were kind enough to give me my cash back even though I was wrong. I think that says a lot. I'm still new to the app and still trying to learn how to use it properly. Thank you Ibotta, I truly appreciate you correcting my error.
Cash back easy to do lots of selections to choose from
Credits often go in wrong and you have to contact customer SVC. They give you the run around and what should be a 2 second fix turns into days of back and forth. You can make some extra grocery $ but they make it pretty painful.

Approve barcode scans in stores and then reject them when submitted
I love Ibotta and cashback. I do have suggestions though. Being able to link more accounts would be awesome like Cub foods. Also for stores such as Aldis, having cash backs specific to that store's brands such as their "momma cozis" for example.

Constantly have to contact support for missing cash. Purchased correct items, bar code is correct, says you're getting cash back. Then an email, with no information says the item doesn't match their criteria. Even tho it does. Tired of having to fight them for pennies.

Ibotta, is the greatest app that I have found for cash back, customer service is great and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
If I miss an offer on something that I just bought I'm notified and am able to add it and receive the money!

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
