In my opinion Ibotta is a great app. I have several cash back apps but Ibotta is one of the easiest and most dependable apps that I use. You just pick what's on your list and then go shopping. My cash back notification email is in my account by the end of the day. Ibotta doesn't have you playing games or answering surveys just to get points. It also had a variety of local stores. The $20 cash out minimum is not bad either you can make that back in just a few shopping trips, depending on what you purchase. It's also easy to use if you miss a cash back or if there is a request that is questionable. They will contact you within 24 hours to help you solve it

In store shopping, go to Ibotta app, choose a retail store and put check boxes on the items you are buying. Submit receipt. Cash added very quickly

I just clicked on the product then used Ibotta to check out and pay.

Customer service is always helpful and a quick response.

It's great …. But wish there were more brands and store brands from where you shop

Today I bought a watermelon at Winn Dixie and submitted it for a $1.00 rebate and it was rejected each time even though it met the instructions.

Ibotta is my favorite app. It doesn't take that long to go into the app and pick items with money back that you are going to purchase during your future shopping trip. That is all it takes, and is as easy as that. All the rest is done for you and the money back is in your account quickly after your shopping trip.

I love ibotta app and they have the best customer representative they worked very quickly to solve any problems.

Submitted a rebate and did not get the allotted rebate, i contacted the customer service team and they answered promptly, one of the better ones. Your CSA Harry was so helpful, he immediately issued the rebate from the information provided and apologized. Let me tell you its a favour you are doing us, and we are so appreciative, so when we get good customer service interactions it puts a smile on my face, as this is rare in the United States. I was a Manager at a Sandals Resorts in the caribbean so Customer service is vital in our everyday dealings. Thank you Ibotta for all you do, and give Harry a little incentive for me... lol

Ibotta is so easy to navigate and finding deals are so easy.

This is happening more often recently. The receipt clearly shows the item, but a few days after scanning, I get a notice that the item is not eligible. So I scan it again and sometimes it will allow it but other times it won't.

I wonder where the bonuses are it was supposed to give back at least $5

Clearly purchased items on receipt and confirmed through scanning of barcodes with match. Was denied and tried to contact them and they don't respond!

Got my $3 cash back automatically + $2 summer bonus, too.

Some items i have purchased were deemed ineligible even though it met all requirements according to description.

I have enjoyed the substantial savings that Ibotta has offered throughout the store. When you are living on a fixed income, these savings make quite a difference and allow me to spend in other necessary areas.
