A few times I've had instances where money was not credited to my account. However, Ibotta is really special in that I've forgotten to add offers to my account before I've shopped. Ibotta has contacted me through email and advised me to go back to the app and add the items within 24 hours and I would receive the credit. How special is that? This, however, is where the issue occurred. I had to reach out to Ibotta to receive the cash back, a glitch obviously, and within 2 days the cash was in my account. Can't beat that kind of attention! Will keep using the app and keep putting money into my account! Thanks Ibotta!

Most stores don't have great service you sometimes have a hard time scanning UPC code.

I do not like the new upgraded app. You have to search for all the product you want on the app through all the other stuff you dont. Where as the old way it made a list.
There have been times when I thought ibotta cash should have been forthcoming only to discover I had made an error and other times there had been small glitches in the system. Regardless, once I reached out, the ibotta team did their best to bring about a positive resolution. Good customer service is always a great experience.
I had an issue with an awarded rebate. I was rewarded double for a rebate that should have been one. They graciously told me I can keep it. I really love Ibotta, and appreciate the prompt & kind responses. If you don't have the Ibotta App, what are you waiting for?

I have been an Ibotta member for a long time. The user experience has gotten worse and worse. Savings selected by clicking the item does not show up on the Walmart page, so you have to go into every single deal to see what you have or have not selected. I recently completed an earnings challenge. None of my Glade automatic spray refills or Florida watermelon counted. There is no longer a way to request a human review your submission right away, and contacting customer service to look into it is a pain. The savings are generally good, but all the extra time it is taking to use the app because of glitches and clearly eligible items not counting makes me less likely to bother with it. Time is money and you've started wasting mine.

I went this morning to HEB and bought 14 items on your list. You only gave me credit for 12. I noticed two items were removed and it was located on the Walmart which I have not gone to it. I have noticed this before several times before. I don't have time to write and get this taken care of. I have a husband who has stage 4 cancer, a trauma dog, a daughter who is a widow and living with us plus other stuff going on with my life. This time I am writing to complain and must say I am disappointed not getting the credit I deserve. Plus I am not getting credit for the bonus items on items I have bought. This has happened before also.
It takes a lot of time searching for items plus buying the items.

I've been using Ibotta for many years. It's convenient, easy to use and I appreciate the opportunity to earn the cash back.
I bought pork chops at Save A Lot and didn't get my reward of 5 cents. Wow, thank you! I followed the rules and still got screwed.
Living paycheck to paycheck with kids, every penny counts. Ibotta is more than just an App, earning extra money by scanning receipt definitely helps. Just Keep on doing it because everyday more items being added and to me every penny or $1 counts and it adds up.
Once you download Ibotta, Make sure you Check mark and read description for which items that you are going to buy in order to get cash back. I started cashing my earnings when I hit $20 and the highest amount that I transferred to my PayPal is $150 and sometimes I use it to buy a gift card then use it to shop online then earn again. My history earning is 1K and so far no maintenance fee,I also received a free gift with free shipping. Ibotta, Thank you so much I am forever grateful.
Overall I've found it easy to locate offers for a few items that I'd planned on buying anyways. Add to that seeing items I didn't know about but decided to try and it's a quick easy way to get money back every shopping order.
