Frustrating as have made purchases that should have been credited (tried to get "help" online and Carlotta asks you the same obvious questions, that any intelligent person would have already verified, over and over in a loop. There is no way to speak to a human. Sent photo documentation via FB still only got one of 4 products credited. Essentially no customer service or ability to communicate with Ibotta and it is a business that needs to communicate to be effective or they come across as dishonest.
Ibotta just gets better and better! They remind me if I've not marked my items that qualify for discount, and I still get a discount! Thank you, Ibotta!

I love the app but I would like to see more variety in the any item category as I tend to purchase store brand products frequently. Even with your cash back offers sometimes it's still cheaper to buy store brands.

I made a purchase but the bar code was not recognized. I requested assistance. Ibotta took the time to give me information to ensure I check offers before shopping. They did not have to honor my request but I'm truly grateful they worked with me. I did not mention that they gave me time to produce my evidence when I returned from vacation (almost 3 weeks later). Ibotta could have said, I did not respond in a timely manner. Thanks Ibotta for working with me. Much appreciated.
Had a watermelon from Publix, had a barcode, did not register, no other $$ back on this receipt. Could not get $1.00 cash back. Following week tried Aldi and they did not have a barcode and I cold not get the $1.00 back. I have receipts but can't send in for cash back. Could not find a way to contact customer service in the app.

Cash back is slow coming. Many rules on what qualifies. Also I realize it would be a huge undertaking but why not have the cash back at all the stores people shop at pop through. Many times the bar codes don't match product being sold on the shelves

My purchases made at Target were not shown clearly; thus, I turned the Ibotta support team. After texting pictures of the receipt and items purchased I was contacted by the customer service team who allowed the rebates to be added. I am grateful and appreciate that Ibotta allows these purchases made to help budgeting food purchases. Great job well done!
I enjoy earning cash back for every day purchases. Ibotta offers a variety of brands to earn cash back from. The reason I have given four stars instead of five is because the timeframe to scan a receipt is only 7 days and that is too short for me sometimes. I often find that a receipt will get missed and it will be too late to scan.
I really like Ibotta and getting cash back without using coupons. I d have a few issues. Almost always when I upload a receipt I have to do it 3 times to work.
Also a lot of offers are not available at my local stores.

Been with Ibotta for many years, ups and downs when it comes to offers and redeeming them. Sometimes very fluid, other times you have to jump through hoops, but generally positive.
My gripe though is that Ibotta sent me an email congratulating me at hitting a certain level and that they will be reaching out to me within 30 days to give me a bonus. Well...they ghosted me...poof...nothing.

I recently had an issue with a fairly large receipt that contained several rebates. I contacted the care team with my issue and they resolved the issue within about twelve hours AND they credited my account with a large bonus that I had been working on. They were very prompt in resolving the issue!
The offers on Ibotta are frequently very useful and anytime you have a problem. They have been very quick to fix it.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
