I don't mind checking each week for the new offers, which can be fun, AND I really appreciate the app's function to scan the product's bar code at the store to make sure it's the right one, but it's really annoying to upload a receipt and then be asked to scan the bar codes again. Some times I have to go back and request missing cash because I bought two of an item, rather than just one.

I forgot to use the app while shopping yesterday, and today I received a message from Ibotta regarding the item purchased that qualified for cash back. Glad they are looking out for us.
I buy products in store, scan the product before buying. Come home to scan receipt,click offers and then scan product again because an offer is missing. Accepts the offer but after submission, missing cash back. Now I have to take multiple photos to prove I did purchase the product. Frustrating!

I have to double check that ibotta picks up all the bonuses I am eligible for. On this receipt, ibotta did not pick up 2 offers. CHOBANNI AND Ice Cream. I submitted both separately with their code, but I'm not sure I've received my reward.
Far too many times I have made purchases of the same item and gotten reimbursed for some but not all when all met the criteria. I submit for review and you still deny it. Today I bought 3 boxes of Robert Irvine's FitCrunch bars: I got credit for 1 and you asked me to scan the missing ones. I have absolutely no idea which ones you missed.
If you have Walmart plus you lose access basically to use the Walmart Ibotta. Then they charge you a fee to maintain your Ibotta account

I requested for the CSR to review my purchases I made that did not get credited to my account. Ibotta reviewed my receipt and found that one item didn't quite fit the purchase criteria. Ibotta was kind enough to give me credit for the item I purchased. Thank you for your help.
Two items I purchased were available for refund at the time they were placed in my cart. When the receipt was scanned half hour later, they had disappeared from Ibotta and did not receive the refund.
Ibotta app has been difficult to navigate to find my recovery options.
