Since you are already Spending money - buying groceries, eating out or shopping retail - you might as well get some credit for it! Nice easy way to have EXTRA money. Cash it out early or save for a sweet check at the end of year! Can't go wrong. Period!

I've started taking screenshots of what I've been approved for and how much the total should be when submitting because more often than not I'll be given less than what I earned. Kind of comes across as sketchy to me, but I assume it's just the computers being computers.

I enjoy the ease of use. It seems like something changed and it's gotten easier to use.
I recently charge two items on the receipt at CVS which would've given me six dollars for the Airwick and two dollars for the crust advance toothpaste. I only received the six dollars and it said that the crust was not on my receipt. However, I cannot submit an issue because it says that now the crust is expired. This is not the first time I have purchased something only because it was in. I am Anna and I verified it thoroughly.
Took 3 months to get cash back! This is way too long and makes Ibotta look bad.

I got an email saying I have a $1 bonus to use before it expires for an anniversary date and I can't find it anywhere and on the email there is no date.
Doesn't give you cashback on items you buy. Tries to avoid giving you what you earn. About every time

I bought five dove soap bars and Ibotta app only recognized three of the five bars. I only received the dove rebate on three of the five bars. I emailed Ibotta about the missing money on the other two dove bars. They responded within 24 hours. Once they responded to my email, I sent them addition information they requested. Within ten minutes, they resolved by issue and got my missing money. Great customer service!

I don't mind checking each week for the new offers, which can be fun, AND I really appreciate the app's function to scan the product's bar code at the store to make sure it's the right one, but it's really annoying to upload a receipt and then be asked to scan the bar codes again. Some times I have to go back and request missing cash because I bought two of an item, rather than just one.

I forgot to use the app while shopping yesterday, and today I received a message from Ibotta regarding the item purchased that qualified for cash back. Glad they are looking out for us.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
