I enjoy using the Ibotta app and saving money on everyday purchases. It was a nice surprise when I was notified that I was missing cashback on a recent trip to the store, it saved me $2, actually my husband had made the purchase!
You guys rejected my receipt because it was wet and ripped. That's not right. I spent alot of money to get the 18 items just to get the 25.45 which includes the $5 bonus. Now you rejected my receipt after I went back to the store and resubmitted and now you lock my account because I want the money that I earned. Ridiculous.

I bought the wrong item that was there because I truly did not read the offer correctly. They turned around and gave me the 2.00 rebate anyway. I say download this app they are AWESOME.

The store I went to had printer issues and I wasn't able to get an actual receipt. They had to screenshot it and print it out. I emailed Ibotta and they helped collect the offers I was shopping for. Customer service was quick and helpful!
I have trouble making sure items qualify when purchasing online. Even when the specific item ended up not being the right flavor for the offer (I thought unsweetened was the same as zero sugar) they gave me the credit anyways! And so kind in their explanation!
I did not receive a rebate for a qualifying item that I purchased. I escalated the issue with a prompt, positive and fair resolution by Ibotta. Ibotta is my favorite rebate app!
