See above comments no matter how many times I click on an item, it just sits there and spins then if I close out the app and go back in, it's showing that I have not clicked on it so I do it again. Then when I go to the store I don't get cash back because it's not registering that I clicked on it. So it's getting very frustrating, aggravating, and almost useless.

This app used to be amazing. Now the products are niche, expensive, and very rarely available in my area. The rewards are cleverly designed to exclude the common versions so even when you get something that you've specifically chosen for the app, oh, it's actually for all these sizes EXCEPT the one that's available at your store. Such a waste of time and effort now.

I shopped through the app. They only gave me a Few dollars was suppose to get more when I contacted they took all my earnings away
I bought dove body wash along with dove plant milk bar and it did not prove my $2 boys as it would have
I was supposed to get 6% on purchases at CVS yesterday and couldn't get your App to even recognize C VS yesterday and today I always push shop b efore and was supposed to get 5 % off atCVS and 1 % at Walgreens I could take a photo. But your site said nothing came up. So I am about to give up...I see something worked today but couldn't take a picture of the receipt

Wegmans Wine Shop comes up as Woodbridge Wine, Liquor, & Beer on the receipt, but has the Wegmans logo, so it came up that I had the wrong store. I received a response that they switched it to Any Liquor Store (which I couldn't find-that's on me lol). Sabin was very quick & thorough in responding to my inquiry!
I really like to shop and buy things to go into my church's Giving Box. And counting multiple items of the same offer really helps to earn bonuses. And the extra money saved can purchase more items. For example Knorr Rice cups or Royal Ready to Eat Rice pouches, Mahatmas Rice pouches too.
I also get the Bumblebee Tuna Snack and eat items or the Bumblebee Tuna pouches, and Musselman's Applesauce cups. So thank you on behalf of the folks in my community who need a little extra to supplement their meals.
Ibotta is getting worse all the time. I'm often missing cash back. It shows the items I purchased and the total amount of cash back when I submit it but then after it has processed, I'm missing cash back for things I purchased. I'm tired of having to contact them to get it resolved. This happens way to often.

Ibotta is really great for people who can afford to buy name brand products all the time, but for some1 like me it takes me a very long time to earn enough points to cash out. The customer service is always great though.

I had a great experience with ibotta Team! They contacted me with a clear and concise email, making it easy to understand my issue and request. My experience is been really good I have never had a problem and when i contact customer service that are so nice and quick to answer my questions or fix my problems
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?
Answer: Because they deny certain purchases due to cost! It's become a scam!
Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
