Overall very good, but sometimes I put a product in and when I buy it it is gone.
I made a purchase at a store of a product that had cashback but I didn't know about it, Ibotta let me know it was available so I could get it,
I went to the store yesterday just to get downy unstoppable 7.8 oz scanned my item and y'all say it doesn't qualify. It stated ANY variety so WHERE IS My CASH Back. I clicked the 2.75 on Ibotta. This is ridiculous if you're not going to honor what your app says why offer it

I bought four boxes of Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats at Publix. Your app only saw three. I attempted to correct it in the app using the missing items link. I scanned the fourth box and submitted. Later, I checked to see if I got credit. The transaction said that my submission was corrected, but there was no change. I only received $1.50 instead of $2.00 and I am missing one count towards the Weekend bonus.
Down side is when checking for featured products each one appears multiple times in multiple categories so takes too long to peruse list. Discourages use of site when ready to shop

I have found so many ways to get cash back. Just making everyday purchases has resulted in significant cash back. I am so glad that I came across this app.
I purchased an item listed on Ibotta, that Ibotta indicated was not a match. It clearly was an exact match! I submitted a Request for Review. I received an email within a few days asking for additional information. I sent them a screenshot of the offer and a picture of the item I purchased. The earnings were added immediately! I am very pleased with the service!
I had 2 receipts...one for ibotta and one for Walmart cash...the poise from my ibotta rebate was put on to Walmart cash and the rebate for Walmart cash didn't get credit...
I forgot to add some offers, so Ibotta actually reached out to me to let me know that I could still get credit for them. I really appreciated that! Their customer service has been wonderful.

Accounts and trying to redeem receipts and products. I wish it was a little bit easier. I'm very confused on how to redeem receipts and link accounts it's very confusing I wish it was a lot easier to do.
