I recently had an issue with a cash out, and right away, I received an email from Ibotta ready to help solve it! I love getting $$ back 😍
I had trouble with an item, app said product matched but app did not reimburse. I contacted customer service, they sent me the reimbursement immediately, the very same day. Typically, when I buy from Walmart, the app matches the receipt and I have my cash very quickly, no need to manually upload receipt. I've earned 200.00 over the last 2 years. Each week there are offers for products I use regularly and some new items to try.
Unless you use list is packaged items. This is not for you., if you buy a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. You get nothing for it... usually I get money for cleaning supplies and sometimes for meats. Usually not the ones I normally purchase..

My account was flagged with fraudulent activity and was deactivated with a little over $100 in my account. Ibotta worked with me to create a new account and gave me my money back.
My ticket was not computed with all products that provided math in the application. A cash back of 4.30 is missing for two products. Please check and complete the operation correctly, this is not the first time this has happened. Thanks.

I love Ibotta! It is by far the easiest cash back app that really works that I've ever used. I have used Ibotta for a few years and it is so easy that I have stuck with it. Ibotta also has discounts on foods and products I use every day. I do my grocery shopping once a month and always visit Ibotta before I go to the store. I am not a paid salesman for Ibotta. I am a regular person and I look forward to saving money with Ibotta all of the time.

This app is ok sometimes is hard to get the cash back, I have to contact the help center to claim the money and sometimes I can't upload the receipts like CVS is linked it to it, it won't let me upload it..
Scanning receipts or products in the app has been working pretty smoothly almost all the time. Their site/app is pretty intuitive and straightforward to follow. Mostly use on my grocery trips, but I have also used ibotta to get a percentage back on online shopping too. Ibotta posts my earnings at an impressive speed. I've had one cash out to claim my earnings, and my redemption came through right away too.
I have used Ibotta for years and highly recommend you join in on the savings.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
