Ibotta has so many deals. I have tried products I would have never tried if not for the money back. Then I continue to buy the products. If I miss money Ibotta let's me know and I can claim it.
With I bop Let everything that has happened with my account. I have actually been temporary locked. And then it was actually unlock. Everything was fine until I forgot my password. I had to reset my password and for over 3 days. My account, I guess was temporary locked again and then deactivated. I requested help over and over and over. Sending multiple tickets and not a single respond until today.Stating we reviewed your account.It's been permanently deactivated. I filed an appeal thinking that it's an accidental flagging. Spokennoise since it was already flagged. Once and released, and now it's deactivated. And once again, no response from anyone, be careful people.
Too time consuming, not enough options that I would choose, and the receipt scanner can't seem to read receipts. A lot of effort for all of 10 cents.
The receipt ripped at one of the prices of an Ibotta deal and it will not accept my receipt. It's an $8 rebate so I'm kinda disappointed. It'd be great if they had a way to accept it other than scanning!
I am missing cash back, when I scanned tge tide to go 3 pack it said the barcode was not good how does that happen? I tried several different ways to file help but it wouldn't go through. Otherwise I like the app.

I bought 3 el paso products and scanned each one to make sure they were eligible but you did not give me $1 back. Also I bought frozen Lunchables with pepperoni and scanned it and it qualified for $1.25 back and you shorted me AGAIN! WHY?
I'm really getting tired of fighting you for my rebate. The system scans my items agrees that I have my items then turns around and cuts me short. I rescan and tell you I'm missing cash and you still don't give it to me then I have to go through all the emails back and forth and prove that I bought it what's on the receipt and what I scan repeatedly
Customer service is conveniently located, in comparison to other shop reward aps. It did take a couple of attempts to correct. However, it was with little to no hassle.
I just had a great experience with Ibotta! My daughterinlaw talked me in to joining & I was pretty much confused at first but thought I did well. I didn't at first, but got the hang of it now with Ibotta's help. I love the fact you get money back. I will be shouting Ibotta from the roof top! I had to scan a barcode 5 times. Each time it said it matched. And yet after submitting The receipt I had to do it again! It still says pending even though it matched.
Had a negative balance a month or so ago, had an old credit from 2022 reversed! How far can they go back? Can't get any particulars from Ibotta so I reached out to BBB to help. Still unanswered questions...

I have been using Ibotta for a little over 4 years. It is easy to use and puts money in my pocket! Not only saves you money on groceries but cosmetics, cleaning supplies, health products etc.
My account had a multiple attempted access by hackers. Ibotta security detected this and promptly deactivated my account. The hackers were not able to get at my account balance!

Had Ibotta years ago, it was okay but never had my brands. Decided to reinstall; horrible! Have found several things to redeem only to have problems submitting receipts!
If I got 2 coke products as pictured which I actually did, I got 4. I was to get 2-2.00 back so I lost 4.00 on you app because it wouldn't work
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
