Tone is very hard to interpret in an email, but she was very kind. This is something hard to find these days. Anyone reading this- Please be kind, it's free. Even if you have an issue, kindness goes a long way. Normally kindness is repaid in kindness.

On my last recipient I bought 5different GM products and was only credited for 4 and not given the bonus. This has happened in the past as well, and there seems to be no way to contest it, only if original rebates weren't awarded

It was difficult to find where to ask for help and hard to fill in report. But, once I found where and how to report missing cash to a linked store, Ibotta went to work for me. Got my cash back! I was ready to stop using mobile apps for groceries, but Ibotta came through for me. Have faith, they will fix it.
I had a few issues with some rebates all of the 3 or 4 issues were resolved by the phenomenal customer support team. It was done so seamlessly between 3 different members without having to retell my entire saga 😝. Appreciate it Ibotta.
