Ibotta has "glitches" of not crediting offers, it's always the same. "The offer wasn't added to your list at the time of submission." Yes it was. Otherwise why would I scan the receipt and add the item? It showed that it was selected and waiting for approval.

I spoke to a team member about not being able to buy another phone, at the moment.That was the reason I wasn't uploading receipts. Ibotta seemed like they didnt carei. Ibotta should freeze people's accounts when they have a cellphone issues, not deduct their hard saved money. Theres a difference between not using Ibotta & not being able to upload receipts due to people's phones being old. You people are down right heartless!

I been doing Ibotta for 3 years and I like it. It takes a while to get cash back but that is ok

I've had the app for a while but just recently started actually using it. I scanned items I was buying and adding the rewards that popped up. I didn't realize that one of the items was less than the coupon offer and sent in a report because I didn't receive the cash back. Support got back to me in a timely manner, explained the reason for the missing cash back, and awarded me the cash back regardless. Super helpful and fantastic customer service!

I bought Cottenelle bath tissue and you didn't give me my $3 off. There isn't any way to ask you to look at the receipt.

My brother introduced me to Ibotta and I liked it right from the start. Cash back is always good right? It should be if it works right, but...I've had trouble lately getting it to recognize the cash back items on my receipts, not to mention ordering online and not getting the cash back through the Ibotta app. I did an order frim Best Buy and I am waiting to see if they're going to honor that. I hope they do, I still like Ibotta for the most part.

Do you like to save money? If so download Ibotta. It's so easy to use and easy to get your cash back. It's by far the best rebate app out there for in store purchases.

It took a couple of times to get my money credits. I retook a picture of my receipt and the second time it went through. Give them a day or so to correct. Give them a chance.

There have been QVC earnings taken away and I have not returned any items that earnings had been received. I think and feel that you are "stealing" this money. A bit here and there will add up to a lot for you.

I don't think we should have to continue to have $20.00 to withdraw our earnings.

As of 8/13/24, you promised a cash back of $15.00 on a purchase of One a Day age factor from CVS. I purchased it online and you are not honoring it. You are questioning the receipt format, but the receipt from online purchase is always different from purchase from the store. Moreover my account is linked to yours, so I can't understand why I'm not getting the $15.00.
