I am missing cash back again. Items are not only clear on the receipt, but my scans were also approved. Now, there is no way to challenge the judgment. Do better.

Lately, when I've been submitting receipts at Whole Foods, I will buy two items. I will scan both items and then only get cash back for one item then I have to submit missing cash back. Then I have to talk to a representative through email so that I can get the second item cash back. It says quantity two on the receipt I don't understand what the problem is
In the years that I have had Ibotta I have only had a few minor issues which were fixed quickly and efficiently by Ibotta customer service. They are always kind, efficient, and quick to respond. It is a great way to earn money while shopping.
Since coupons no longer come in Sunday paper ibotta has been great alternative.

I sometimes forget to check Ibotta before I shop because I'm in a hurry or whatever. This morning, I received an email that said they reviewed my recent receipt and found an offer. I just click, click, click and $1.00 was added to my account!
Ibotta only gave me credit for the purchase of one Meati product, I took a picture of the receipt, clearly bought 2 of the same product. The limit was 3. I am frustrated that I have to try to get the refund I fully deserve be getting. It is right there in my receipt picture. I even took a scan of the barcode, there is no reason I should not be getting 2 of this refund.
I really like Ibotta and how much money I can earn with them. And when I had an issue they responded quickly and resolved it quickly

I did Not realize that when you shop ar Dollar General that if you opt to use coupon only then you lose out on Cash back with Ibotta.
However if you use coupon and Dollar General cash back you receive both the savings.
I wish i knew that ahead of time since I was expecting $6 or more in my Ibotta account, instead I lost the cash back from Both instead of just Dollar General since Ibotta won't do cash back if you use there coupons.
Still Enjoy the App and now I know and hopefully this helps others :)
I recently posted a review that i thought was a conversation. NOT A REVIEW and i am sorry for that. I was confused with the email I received because I thought it was done(My case/Issue).
I inly found out about the mistake because Ibotta reached out concerned about my Issue and not the review.
Up to this date I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about this App and i felt it to be my responsibility to own up to an error.

I literally scanned the code in the store to make sure I have the right one. And it still won't accept it when I get home and I have to rescan. Then there was an offer up to five per receipt and I had five and was only given credit for four. You need to make this More user-friendly
I had missing cash back so contacted customer support, they were so helpful and nice then about a week later, I got my cash back! I am very happy and satisfied with their service!
