I deleted my ibotta app on my iphone because I had two. Both disappeared, now I lost my cash back that I previously earned. It was around $7.50. Can you reinstate it?
I had to scan each can to get money. Then noticed I didn't get credit for hair dye
After several weeks in a row of having to ask where my cash back is and having to repeatedly send more pictures of my receipt and spell out again which ones they had missed, I decided if it happened another time I was going to be done. ( Like other women have told me they decided). However, it appears that the glitches in the system have been corrected, and I'm back to receiving my cash back within a few days. And this time the day after I shopped. So thank you for fixing the problems.
I went to Walmart and purchased the Cracker Barrel Artisian cheese. It had showed a refund of 4.97. I only got $1. I'm very disappointed

I recently started couponing and with that I found Ibotta. I've made a few purchases and all as went well. I did have a purchase and was missing cash back. I reached out to Ibotta and they fixed it right away! Super happy with them!

My credit still isn't completely resolved it took a long time and I'm still owed money. You make it so difficult to actually contact you, without getting auto responses. I should be getting 4.98 still bogo. I wouldn't have gotten it. I sent a screenshot of that one and still didn't receive the money.
I bought a 3 pack of febreeze warmer refills but it wasn't recognized on the receipt and I didn't get my $2 back
I've been using Ibotta for years now and have received money back on just about every time I've shopped. It's very easy and worth the effort.
After almost 2 yrs doing Ibotta and now having issues with barcode reader. TC code doesn't always work either. Says Ibotta having issues. If they can get things working again it will be better.
I love earning cash back with Ibotta. If they would put some more popular items being bought other than all the more expensive items more people would scan. Groceries are a number one expense in family's budget. Money back is a big incentive.
My Winn Dixie card doesn't link with Ibotta! I've tried all suggestions such as removing the card and then adding it back to no avail. I usually have to take a receipt picture which is almost impossible to capture correctly. Very frustrating since I purposefully buy certain items for the points.

I don't feel I get all points due to not connecting to Winn Dixie.
Enjoyed using for several months but the experience is diminishing as there are many problems getting offers and bonuses. Entire trips not appearing in system or no offers logged!
Maybe I'll choose WM CB for awhile.
Bonus is great if example $5 for 10 or 15 items, but $1 for same amount, NO! The items that have to purchase so many of it (even 2) is not good for a single or couple household. I prefer example $1 back for one instead of $2 for 2.
Constantly taking my cash back! Oh let's contact customer service and still never get it! Bunch of scammers

I absolutely love Ibotta! I've only been using it about a week and I've earned $25 cash back. It's been so user friendly and easy to learn.
Mixed feelings so far. Produce may not get cash back even when offered since the UPC Code does not show on the receipt. (Only the lookup code.)

The rewards are great. I do struggle however from time to time with missing cash back on items wish it was a little simpler to contact customer service for assistance when money back is missing. I have missed cash back on purchases because I got frustrated trying to contact someone if the sale does not appear on my account.
