Great customer service! I had issues when I tried to get some cash bonus from going to Hoka website purchase through Ibotta. I bought a pair of Hoka shoes for my wife. The cash bonus dud not come through adter a few days. I contacted Ibotta customer service. It was not long before I had help and received my cash bonus! Thank you very much for your world class service!
I've noticed us do much more smoother now then a year or two ago. Rare occasion I do have an issue, it's resolved quickly. I can't recall the last time I had a problem with the app. I like the upgrades a lot, especially if I miss checking an offer I get an email to add it. Very happy with everything, please don't change anything.
I absolutely love this APP, it helps save you money in these hard times & I would love to see coupons for store brand items as well as name brands, that would be even better

I scanned a receipt but it didn't pick up the right quantity. I immediately corrected tit. The receipt said pending. I received an email stated I got cashback, but it was for one item, not the corrected 3! Now I have to recorrect the correction. This has happened before. Why have me corrected it only to reject it again.

Works really well. If there are any difficulties they solve them quickly! The item on the recent wasn't recognized. I checked money missing. Check the item and took a photo of upc bar code. Fixed immediately! Money showed up within a couple of hours in my account.
I wish I found out about you sooner. It's so easy to shop and get extra money back on my needed groceries.

I just noticed that some of the receipts I submit the purchase date is off. Like my last three CVS receipts - two of them were 9/3/24 DoP, but in the app it shows 9/2. Also, the CVS bonus is saying it has to be 24 hrs between shopping trips, when I do have actually almost two days, it still didn't qualify... Why?
There are times where you buy the limit and they only credit you for one or two of them.
