Anytime I ever have a problem or place a pickup order I send an email to ask for help with my cash back offers and I have a great outcome. If by chance like today they forget something or miss calculate they are quick to fix the problem and their kindness goes a long way. I've only had 1 issue with a cashback. I emailed customer support and within 2 hrs it was fixed! Customer service is amazing! The app is amazing! I use it daily with any shopping needs... Why not? It's free!

I love when it works like it is supposed to. I purchased items, and my offers didn't redeem. I tried to submit the receipt with a photo, it says it was already submitted. Help section is useless. I can't open the link to submit a request, the stupid chat bot won't show up in the corner to do it that way. The receipt I want to manually submit is not pending or even showing, and again, I can't submit it. Customer service options are the worst I've ever had to deal with.
Any time I have had an issue with cash back and I have contacted Ibotta, I have always received a prompt courteous reply from the staff and they always get the issue resolved in a timely manor.
Reached out for assistance on an offer that did not apply to an instore purchase. Ibotta agent was fast and responsive to providing a solution. Overall pleased.

Ibotta does not give the credits it is supposed to give. It happens with Walmart, Food Lion, and Dollar General. I buy what is required and usually get the savings for Walmart...usually now and then missing some. Food Lion I got an email telling me to submit for Food Lion and Walmart things that were missed but there wasn't a "submit" button. Never ever get savings back for Dollar General.

Does not scan all the items. Only takes partial quantities. I bought 5 yogurt cups, only scanned 3.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
