I get money back on all the things I normally shop for, even on some gift cards! Earning money really adds up fast when you hit the grocery store and Target.
I have 2 issues with my earrings cash back and the sraff resolved it. I feel very satisfied
I purchased 5 twelve packs of soda on 2 different receipts on October 26th. When I uploaded my receipts to Ibotta only 1 twelve pack showed. I corrected both receipts to 5 but for some reason neither one stayed at 5. I waited for a couple days for each correction but no luck. I finally contacted Ibotta customer service and I heard back within a day and the issue was corrected. The representative sounded very pleasant in her response. I was surprised the issue on both receipts was taken care of so quickly!
I had a problem (turns out I was wrong), but they promptly replied, explained the situation, and even gave me some credit. I have used it for years. It is nice being able to get real cash for things that you are already buying.
It would be very helpful if the offers included expiration dates. Not just the alarm clock when there is 24 hrs remaining.
Also it is very difficult to contact the team when problems arise. Please do something about this issue.

Love the app and all the offers but the customer service is appalling. I've never had to go round and round with people so many times with absolutely zero care or comprehension of what is going on. When it works it is great but if there is an error it is awful
The app is great and it has saved me money. I had an issue with my account. I was annoyed to not be able to talk to someone on the phone but was very pleased with the timely response and resolution of my issue. They were fantastic!

Not easy to contact with a problem regarding incorrect rebate, and Ibotta didn't really review an item that is a legitimate purchase but claims to have reviewed the product in question. A box of store brand tampons was deemed ineligible for Any Brand Feminine Care Product. How is that accurate?
Check your receipts carefully. I frequently have missing money and have to scan bar codes. It's worse when it's a store linked to your rewards card. Then you have to find how to submit a dispute. Not sure it's worth the savings.

I've been using this app since 2016! Almost 10 years. I've had few problems here and there but when I do I just contact support team and they always make it right for me if something is messed up! Thank you Ibotta! I've made over $500 using your app! Fyi! So definitely worth it!
I use the app everytime I shop now and with everything being so expensive i love getting money back. The customer service is great too. Always responds in a day or 2 and super helpful. Thank you for all you do.
My receipts shows the cookies and you did not credit me I also purchased grapes and you said the bar code doesn't match

It took me many times of explaining what had not gone through on a Walmart online order that completed a bonus. With back and forth communication it was fixed. This made me happy and I will continue to use Ibotta and recommend it to others.
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.

Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
