Had a rebate I noticed that was missing an additional rebate. Reached out to ibotta support from the app and it was resolved in the less then 24 hours!
Online cash back wasn't given and customer service rep (Mary)resolved quickly. Rep added the missing cash back funds to my account.
The app is great and easy to use! The savings are amazing and really add up! In about three years of using it I have earned over $700! Their customer service is great! I love the ability to shop at most any store to get rebates. However, the options from my stores are very limited. I have saved $35 in a year's time. I feel like that could be much higher if Ibotta offered money back on more products. Most times I don't have any products that I have bought that qualify.
