Lately it seems like at least every other time, I have to deal with customer support over a missing rebate or some other issue revolving around a rebate that I can't get credit for. This results in A LOT of time going back and forth with different agents asking over and over again for the same information and copies of receipts, photos, etc. It's so frustrating to have to fight for $0.50 or $1.00 that you know you earned fairly. It then becomes almost too much trouble and not worth fighting for as it takes up too much time. I choose to do it on principal because it's just not right. I am just tired of it happening so often. Also, I have complained over and over about rebate offers ending without warning while other have the timeclock and give warning when they are going to end. I look the night before a shopping trip, buy the product the following morning, only to find out the product is now GONE without warning. It's so frustrating and so UNFAIR. Why give warning on some items and not others?

Ibotta needs to continue verifying actual products available at locations. More and more companies are using Ibotta to advertise and products dont exist or available. Oreo cookies are notorious for this. (But now you're standing right there in front of all the cookies-haha)

I had reached out to Ibotta because there was missing cash back on the total amount. It showed that I had been awarded the cash back but my total amount had not changed. They quickly got back to me and updated the amount. Wonderful customer service!
Took over a week for my 10 cents n I also put in for the 2.50 tie eggs n then it disappeared from my list after I checked it.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
Answer: Sorry Jenna bit it seems like you're kinda late for that rebate a few years actually. I'm pretty sure that ibotta have 100% absolutely forgot about you and by not I'm sure you forgot about too. :)
Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
