Yedterday I bought for of the Haagen Dazs 14oz and only gave.75 for one not 4 so you owe me 2.25. Also you only gave me a dollar on of the silk oat creamers and not on the second one so I am owed a dollar for.that. Which means I am missing 3.25.
With prices skyrocketing every time I save money it has an impact. Ibotta got my attention with the $2.50 back on any brand of eggs. This got me into the store quickly because the purchase had to be made on a Friday. I usually try to avoid the stores on Fridays. Several things I needed were on Ibotta and I saved $11 and was so excited. Good work Ibotta!
They are hreat if you ever have a problem with a rebate. They have always had it fixed in minutes!

Out for help and was helped and got my $2.00.
So I bought a husband missing quite a few items lately and I have to fix the receipt but they missed the any dog food I bought the other day even though I scanned it in the store and it said it was a match.
So I had to fix my receipt because they also miscounted my cracker Barrel cheese that I bought five off and they only credited me for three so that got fixed.
But the dog food got fixed "manually"
(which I'm not even sure what that means because they missed it completely and I had to write them about it?)
Anyways they credited me the 10 cents but the reason I bought it is to count towards my bonus
( it was the last item I needed)
but they sent me an email that if it gets fixed manually it doesn't count towards your bonus!
They also sent me a link to leave a review here which I'm not even sure what that does cuz it looks like it's run by Ibotta but I have never heard of sidejabber.
I'm just very disappointed with the whole thing and afraid to do any more bonuses now if I'm not sure things can be counted even after you contact them. 🙁
By the time I find what I will use and the store or stores next to me, then write them w/notes which if the two stores. I go to store but items aren't in stick now. Do I come back later or forget it. Not sure it's that valuable to me. And I'm retired with more time than others!
Had trouble accessing my 1st account. Was unable because email for the account was no longer available for me to use. Customer service was able to help me get into my original account and withdraw my earnings. Old account now disabled and new account activated

I contacted customer service about a missed transaction on my receipt and they reviewed my receipt and screenshot and they fixed the situation for me
This app sucks! You can only take out your cash when hit 25.00. The app has things that's not even sold in the store! Mainly Sam's club! I will never get to 25.00! I make out better using the Fetch app!
