I ordered an Xone Phone and received a cheap knockoff. The box I received stated Xone phone and the little info pamphlet stated Xone phone but the phone and label on the phone stated OUKITEL C16 which is a cheap chinese phone. The phone also would NOT charge with supplied cable (maybe because the Chinese use a different voltage?). As I know Hyperstech reads these so please send me my money back as I sent you info via email to do so! Order no. 6c2e7cb60a22a5

Took a month for the watch to arrive. First thing I noticed is It feels noticeable cheap and the display is so dim it's barely visible. Press the button to "illuminate" it and it changes color but, ironically is even harder yet to see. The directions are of little help to figure out how to operate the watch. You're forced to resort to trial and error. Unfortunately before the watch was even setup the buttons stopped working. If I pressed a button it would get stuck in the pressed position

After reading your negative reviews regarding Hyperstech, I was disappointed and concerned after I had placed my order for a droneX pro.

I paid via PayPal (safest). So I decided to email their support team explaining my concerns and asked for a refund. They almost immediately responded telling me they are sorry to hear and would initiated a refund within 72 hours.

I decided for myself that I was going to give them a chance and make my own opinion - not base it on some people's bad experiences. So I changed my mind in proceeding with the order. To which they successfully refund me with another 10% discount.

Because I live in South Africa, they told me delivery could be between 7-30 working days (depending on the country and custom clearance). Their tracking system worked very well and I received my drone within 16 days of the shipping day.

Yeah... if you are a person who goes for "brand" and "quality", you would write negative comments and compare it to those drones worth more than 20k.

After testing and comparing the droneX pro for myself with the drones here in our stores. It does not compare and succeeds far more better value for money. It is a great entry/beginners drone. If you struggle to read the manual. Go to youtube. They actually have lots of unboxing and setup videos that can explain how to operate it!

Sorry to hear some of you have not received this customer service. There are other websites that looks like Hyperstech. Make sure you use the official website and pay via PayPal only. If they say a refund within 7 days. You have been scammed. The correct company refunds within 72 hours.

These guys are criminals. They have advertised their T-Watches as super tough, water proof, and with features they just don't have. Eg. I was specifically looking for a device to measure heart rate. Their site said it did it all. The watches have arrived and it turns out they have lied about the features. I have been scammed out of my money through deception. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
BTW these super tough watches were a joke. We bought 5 and opened 2. One had a faulty display and would only partially show the seconds counter, the other got wet and fogged up so we can't actually tell if it is Working anymore

I placed order on 18sep2019 for product Tact watch and immediately placed the cancellation request in 40mins, informed support team over email, instead of cancelling my order they offered me 5% forceful discount, and dispatched parcel on 24sep and now asking me to wait for product delivery, and I should not accept the product, post that they will initiate refund, what a utter nonsense, they are really doing scam, cheater, i am sorry but dont ever purchase anything from them.

With all of the complaints that I see about this company (Hyperstech), I'm surprised that there aren't more people that are interested in looking into the possibility of fileing a class-action lawsuit against them. If you are interested, please let me know. I live in Quebec, Canada and I am not a lawyer, so if you are one, could you take a few moments to let me know if this is a course of action or if I am just wasting my time. Bought a drone pro full price direct, took awhile to delivery but at least I received it. Instruction suck, they don't know how to translate to English and misspelling android andrew then the QR 4 us n uk were wrong on down load n home screen in foreign language. From the time I received it I tried 3 times to get info 4 refund, kept getting info on product but they refused to answer question and then went dark on communications all together. Pd $165.00 didn't get every thing I pd 4. I would not buy anything else from them they r a one sale winner if they get u. U can buy it at around $60.00 on line from people tryn to get rid of them.

I ordered two watches that were advertised to track your heart rhythm and alert you before having a major heart attack. Confirmation email said it could take 10 to 15 business days to receive them. They came in 3 weeks and then I realized the watches have to be paired with an app on a cell phone to be able to monitor heart rate and steps, etc. Did not see that in the ad or I would not have ordered them. Using cell phone apps is not practical for the people I ordered the watches for. I was very worried that I was going to lose my money after reading the reviews on this site, but I sent a polite email to customer service at Hyperstech and prayed they would respond. Received a reply within 24 hours that my request was being processed. After another couple days, they informed me that my account was being refunded, and I could choose to dispose of the watches or keep them, as sending them back would cost me money! I don't know what's happening in other people's cases, but my experience was handled very professionally and promptly. (I checked my credit card today and have been refunded the entire amount plus the foreign transaction fee) No complaints from me!
