I ordered 5 masks... they took weeks and weeks to arrive, despite constant 'standard' template reassuring replies about being patient... and when they finally did they were so cheaply and badly made, basically ultra thin foam (two tore immediately) that I threw them all away. I was 'had' in a big way. Not recommended. What a complete waste of time and good money.
Horrible! Corrupt, dishonest, Frauds
Horrible! I ordered masks a month ago and they still have not shipped. They keep saying it will come, but it will take 25 days or say after it's been shipped! They are very very dishonest and are capitalizing on the world crisis. That to me is so very sad. They basically said when it finally arrives refuse shipment and send back... I have never written a bad review but I wanted to help others; please DO NOT order form this company. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the FBI so They can investigate this FRAUD
Like a previous review, my iWatch Apple look-alike has ceased to work after two weeks. Having placed the order from a FACEBOOK ad, in future will research companies advertising via that medium.
After buying it, I googled about the company and found lots of terrible reviews. So, I asked to refund it and got less money than the price they transacted.
This company is fraudulent. They are criminals who take your money and never deliver an order number or a product. I have reported them to my bank and to the Estonian Police where they are apparently based (but I don't trust that either). After trying to get in contact with them they gave me an order number which turned out to be fake when I tried to search it. STAY AWAY!
Purchased 2 HT facemask on line via pay pal for family members who same day advised they would not use silly looking mask. Thanks. Requested same day a refund from HT & pay pal. Received full refund to pay pal a/c same day. V good.

I ordered a Health Watch from Hyperstech and it didn't work properly. After about 6 mos. (only used it a few times in this time frame) it stopped working altogether. I paid $89 for the product. Very disappointed. Watch was garbage.
Ordered 4 watches and when received sealed parcel 2 months later only received 3. After a month of requesting the 4th watch received a reply that they insist the US mail must have stole the watch and sealed the parcel up again. We've been instructed by them to go after the "delivery services" who they used to get the missing watch back.
This company consists of scam artist who will bill you for up to 3 times the regular price of the goods. When you have a non-functioning product they give you NO warranty at all! I was a fool to buy there, now I lost my money, please DO NOT make the same mistake. Please stay away from this and warn as much people as you can!
I ordered3 eco hearters from the USA and they sent heaters that only plug into European scokets. I told them they sent heaters I couldn't use and they emailed me back & said, buy some converters. I say NO. Send me the correct ones which work in my country. I paid 189.00 for 3 heaters that I can't use. Im not giving permission for google to have any more control over my phone than they already have by sending pictures. Sorry google.
Ordered a neck massager. Arrived ok. Sadly, dead as a Dodo!

They give you no confirmation of when you can expect to receive you order. All you get is a purchase number "IGADGET24" which is not useful for anything, as you cannot contact anybody who can help you.
The only reason you know you have order the watch is that the cost appears on your VISA bill.
The promotion of the product was very good; but the customer service part is non existent. I am very disappointed.
Watch did arrive. So not a scam, I guess they did not have the logistics in place for the orders they received.
Watch is OK. Only connects BT 3.0 with my Note 9.
They have my money. I have a useless tracking number which goes to "unknown" location. Only response from them is the generic Bot response.

They told me my watch was dispatched on five occasions, with different personel 'signing' their emails every time.
None of the 'Tracking details' they supply work, my ref was GV*******GB, but they will offer a 'further discount' if you will be a bit more patient... Yawn!
I'm now off to start proceedings against them.

This is one of the worst-performing companies its ever been my misfortune to deal with, Stupidly I didn't read the reviews first or I would have seen the massive list of dissatisfied customers already been conned by them.
There is NO customer service The English ph no. Doesn't work and the Brazilian? One is too busy to answer. Their marketing is excellent but don't be fooled once they have your cash that's it, - any problems bad luck they're not interested. There are so many good companies out there buy the product you want from one of them.
I have tried to get a refund butof course I cant even get a response.

Purchased in November and all I've gotten after sending an email was a generic response with the same pointless tracking # that told me nothing new... actually said the item hadn't even been scanned yet. This is horrible... I was looking at this watch and the Versa 2 I should've stuck to my guns and got the Fitbit. Hopefully PayPal honors my dispute for a refund because this is just horrible.
I can only echo all the negative comments that I have read, this organisation is dreadful and customer support none existence/ shameful.
Do yourself a FAVOR and AVOID LOSING YOUR MONEY to THIS SCAM! Even if it is NOT A SCAM; then it provides the WORST SERVICE "EVER!"! I ordered in November, and almost 2 months later; I STILL HAVE NOT EVEN GOTTEN A "SHIPMENT DATE, TIME, METHOD, SHIPPING COMPANY, etc. In all honesty, I CANNOT comment on the quality of the watch; because I have NOT GOTTEN the watch; "OR" a confirm date. Though I have contacted the company on at least 3-4 occasions; ALL I continue to get is a "WE'LL GET BACK WITH YOU WHEN WE HAVE A SHIPPING DATE..." So NOW, WE MOVE TO ANOTHER MONTH and ANOTHER YEAR.
Save yourself some TIME, MONEY, EFFORT and FRUSTRATION. HYPERSTECH ain't worth it.
I bought two of these devices, one for me an one as a gift. They are used to stop dogs barking using high pitched sound. The work but not for long. The first one failed after a few pushes of the button and the second one couldn't be turned off once the battery was connected. Quality of construction is poor and the battery barely fits in the space under the cover. No refund offered.
