4 times the price

Scammers, I bought a T Watch for 89 Us dollars, waited for the darn thing for almost a month, never made it here. Did some research only to find out that I can get the same article for about 21 Dollars from New York. This company uses fake tracking numbers, fake employees, and fake location. It is based on China, under several fake names. Reported to the FBI and their local authorities. I lost the money, I hope you don't, do not use them.

Scammers

Do not buy from this company. I paid 62 euros for masks that when they finally came we're just bits of foam. I have been waiting for a refund since the 16 April. They just keep fobbing me off. I have now had to claim the money back through my cheque card guarantee. Beware people, it seriously isn't worth the hassle

Do not order from this company or another one called BXTrading LTD. These guys are scammers. We ordered the photo stick from BXTrading LTD which took forever to receive and once we received it we tried to get tech support to get it working. We used the information provided with our photostix to sollicit tech support (hyperstech) and the response we got is that they cannot offer support because we did not buy from them.

Well... I finally received my product today... almost a month after I ordered it... and, in the interim, I looked at the same product on other websites and found out that I paid 6 times more for the product I bought than I could have got from multiple other dealers... lesson learned and shame on me for not doing my due diligence before "biting" on this from a pop up ad on my computer... it doesn't get any worse than this with respect to a scam and an unsatisfactory experience

Buyer beware

Do not order from this company. Informed product would arrive within 10 days 20 days in and no product, this company is so poor Communication to tell me products will come is just a joke. The products are not shipped until there is a bulk order so who knows if they will ever arrive this is not disclosed at time of purchase. This is the experience of many and long before Covid19 as far as I can see they just use your money. Do not order from this company

These rip off artists keep you attracted to their pop up video by a deal that is too good to be true. Next, they play with your empathy. Next, they time pressure you with a count down clock. Next, they sink their hooks into you deeper, by stating that if you close their video page (to check their reviews) the deal is cancelled. Then, to keep you engaged, they offer you one review to look at, which is obviously 5 hoping to succumb to their deception. Rating=

This company is nothing but a poor compant that RIPS-OFF Clients. They claim it came in the Mail... I have been quarantined and nothing! They Charged my card immediately... but processed nothing. Take heed of all the negative reviews. Or use them to lose ur money!

Chinese rip off

Ordered Oxypro respirator in Feb. BS guaranteed shipping in 7-10 days. Rec'd update In March that product had shipped. Now April and no reply from CS and tracking link is now disabled. Total rip off. More Chinese lies

I ordered and paid for masks two weeks ago. They still haven't shipped, and I doubt that they ever will... at least during the current pandemic. If they ever do ship... they are coming from China... so add another month or so to the wait. I cancelled the order, and requested my $135.00 be refunded. I'm not holding my breath.

Ordered a wifi booster device after seeing an advert on Youtube. The fact I could purchase the device via PayPal gave me confidence that this would be a trustworthy transaction... I was wrong! From the moment my funds were taken I have had virtually no confirmation of my order, order tracking numbers that I managed to obtain via their site were invalid on three occasions and the information I managed to gather from their web chat service was at best evasive... I am nearly five weeks in know and i have no idea when or if I will receive my device... don't go anywhere near this business, I deem it, from my experience, to be highly untrustworthy!

Coming up 3 months since we order a product from this place. LOADS OF BULL$#*! and lies about product enroute, have to wait for arrival, cannot refund even though the product was never sent and wonder if it even exists. Given 2 different tracking numbers for the same supposed parcel. Definitely will never deal with this company again.
Buyer be very beware. Fraudsters and scammers is what comes to mind to describe this company.

Terrible customer service where you get fobbed off first with automated e mails and than by consultants who obviously don't know or care about any customer service or customer experience.
Kiss good bye to my money and i must admit i fell for a total scam...

My advice? Do NOT order anything from this company! I ordered health watches on 9/24/2019 for $206. Upon learning the shipment was delayed & was being shipped from overseas, I contacted the company to cancel the order. I was told the order was in process & could not be cancelled but to refuse shipment & I would be refunded promptly. I safeguarded myself by also contacting my Visa company of the issue. When the package arrived I refused the unopened shipment as instructed & took a photo of the package being returned at the post office. Visa was unable to get a refund from Hyperstech's bank and our card was charged back on Oct. 23,2019. Hyperstech then informed me they could not refund me because I had initiated a dispute with our credit card company. After more back & forth in which I included both a letter from our Visa company stating the funds had been returned to Hyperstech's bank on Oct. 23rd & a letter from our Postmaster stating the package had been refused & giving the tracking of the package, Hyperstech stated on Dec. 18th that "The payment processor was contacted & currently, no such updates have been received from there side." (Note their errors in grammar.) Now they are hiding behind two excuses; "We cannot refund you in this case as the decision will be made by the bank" (nonsense since their bank received the funds back & it was the merchant that refused to make the refund at that point through their bank!). I am pursuing further assistance by making a consumer complaint to the U.S. Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs & the Fair Trade Commission. As of March 22, Hyperstech (they are under two names, the other being Novads) has not refunded my money. The photo below is the package returned to them unopened as instructed.

I ordered 5 face masks from Hyperstech. There was an inordinate delay in receiving the masks. It is very difficult to contact the company. The masks turned out to be sub-standard, very flimsy and certainly not worth $40 each and not in accordance with the quality claimed in their adv. Very disappointed, overall! My daughter, on the other hand got better & much durable masks from an other company at Singapore for less than $3 a piece!
