So far so good... it arrived on time and flies... the only negative is the instruction manual., totally confusing. You have to read between the lines of the terrible english & punctuation... typical from China though... lol
I ordered three drones online from Hyperstech on 1 August 20, USD301 was drawn from my Master Card accordingly. As there was no feedback from them afterwards, I chased them by email for the delivery of drones to Hong Kong (my country) and was told due to Covid-19 pandemic, drones cannot be shipped to Hong Kong. Therefore, the amount of USD301 was refunded on 12 August 20. Yet, it's been a MONTH now, I still haven't received the refund. The transaction code given by them is fake, the bank staff said this number is meaningless. Today, I still see their advertisement selling drones to be shipped to Hong Kong. Obviously, Hyperstech is fraudsters, scammers, cheating customers globally!
STRANGE: I just read previous reviews on other websites, Hyperstech stated that they sell products from Hong Kong. If so, how come they cannot send drones to me? We are in the same place - HONG KONG!

The T-watch arrived promptly so no issues there, but the battery died after 9 months (3 year life claimed) and while it works well enough, the watch is clearly a poor quality (counterfeit?) which claims to be NOVADS -- BUT no branding visible and the glass is definitely not Gorilla glass. Time not easily visible in bright light. You can buy similar ones for a fraction of the price. Avoid these people.
Please! For the love of all that's human, DO NOT SEND MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! I ordered ear buds, $59... Never received them. All I get is excuses and lies about a refund. Should have read the reviews 1st. I want to start a petition to shut them down! I'm referring them to the Consumer Trade Authorities for theft.
Ordered AirPhones and got cheap worthless devices that we've decided to hammer into pieces. They requested a video of why we want to return devices that don't even charge (how can you capture that?). So we'll send a video telling them what we think of them.

I have been trying to get my watch since May of this year. Kept getting told to "give it a few days". Finally ten days ago I was told I'd be getting a refund. (my tracking number had actually expired it has been so long) Supposed to get an email and an sms verification that never showed up and money was to be refunded in 7 to 10 days. Nothing. Today I was told that they "are experiencing a technical difficulty in issuing a refund" and to "give it a couple more days". How have these people been able to stay in business with practices like this?!? I have been more than patient and have tried to be as respectful as possible but when is enough? I will never buy anything from this company again and if asked will not give a favorable review.
I ordered and received a Health Watch. It arrived late in an open box with no instructions. After sending so many emails finally got instructions to activate the watch but you need a IT degree to understand. You just can understand how difficult for a 72 year old with poor eye sight and other health conditions. The main reason I bought this item was to check my BP. I wanted to return it and contacted them they said that they don't pay for returns. So I spend Cdn.$15.87 to return the item to a p. O. Box *. They said it will take more than three weeks to get the refund. I proteted on that and now I reived it with anthe *$13 in exchange loss. I paid in Cdn. And expected in Cdn.$ My pressure is worsst aftyer dealing with this co. And a loss of $30.00. This never happened to me in my life. I regret for not reading the reviews before ordering. Big Scam. I will report the matter to health authorities as using this product gurantees a correct readings. I am satisfied with the regular BP machine I used in rge past. No star!
It's been over four months, no product! Hyperstech continues to respond with an automated email message stating the tracking number states the product was delivered from China to USA Custom facility that takes time to deliver. UNBELIEVABLE! This company needs to be BANNED from doing business in the USA immediately! Pass this on to everyone you know and EVERY Social Media. Hyperstech is taking thousands of customer's money and delivers NO Product and NO Refund! Just outright thieves!
I will never purchase from Hypers Tech again. We purchased a Drone X Pro and discovered that the battery was defective (would not charge). My complaint was completely ignored until the forth attempt to convey the problem and, at that point, we were told that they could not ship a replacement for the battery. They did agree to restock the entire Drone but required shipment to Canada. The shipment costs were excessive. We made one more attempt to communicate about the defective battery and requested a credit for its value. My request was ignored and they responded with directions about how to use the product. This is the worst customer support that I have ever experienced.

Ordered a Oxybreath Pro mask. Charged me $34.50. Biggest scam that I've seen. Mask was made of cheap foam rubber and has a horrible smell. Also had to continually hound them about shipping information. When I finally told them to cancel my order the masks arrived 3 days later via Air Mail.

All I am able to get, in the way of a response, is the run-around. They refuse to issue a refund, or indicate where the shipment is. The tracking information that they provided does not yield any results. Companies like this should not be allowed to do business, and I intend to alert federal authorities, to insure they are held accountable for the fraud they are committing. SHAME ON THEM!

I nearly became a victim of Hyperstech's unconscionable business practices and ethics. I was looking for a TACT-Watch which their website was advertising and selling for USD 89.00. I thought "hyperstech.com" was the genuine American "T1-Tact Watch" website agent as it appeared and behaved similarly to the American website. When I received the item, it was not what I originally purchased. They were advertising (using outdated pictures) a watch they no longer sell and today, are still doing it. Worse, their tact-watch is a fake replica of the genuine American T1-tact watch, lacking the T1 etched laser logo on the back, clock face and watch clasp. After three days of dealing with a Novads Customer Support team, I decided to involve my online Payment platform, Paypal. Over a few days, Novads support team kept returning senseless emails and every time a different member would sign off but all saying the same thing, like Ronda, Melinda, Elina or Alina... LOL. Thankfully, I received a full refund of USD$89.00 with Paypal's assistance and backing. Hyperstech has many "faces" but also trades online under "hyperztech.com". The domain "hyperstech.com" is registered in Panama but their web servers are in Texas, Dallas. Their domain name "hyperztech.com" is registered in Panama and their servers are in California, San Francisco. Their office is NOVADS OU and in Guang Dong Province, China ******* EE. Moving forward, if you can use Paypal (it's safer), debit or credit, do so. Through them, you will be able to use their financial muscle to intervene and force dubious online merchants to comply and pay-up. Better still, avoid all of them if you can, including Hyperstech.

Even 1 star is too much. Spent a fortune buying 3 Ecoheaters last year and wouldn't you know it as soon as the year was over they broke down. The fan turns but no heat so obviously nothing wrong with the plugs or fuse.
Clearly Sub-standard product. Never heard of a heater breaking down within a year and that only with 1/2 years use ( only needed in winter).
They have responded to say. Sorry your out of warranty. Only offer 30 days. So basically throw the items away.!
