Shopping cart is a little wonky trying to delete things when your in the check out process.
A place should be available on order form for special instructions which I put in second line of address about location of loading dock
Great service with hvac direct, but the shippers didn't notify me that I had to call them to schedule a delivery time. When I did, they could only tell me what day and not a appropriate time. Then after waiting all day. They were a no show. I called back and everybody was gone. Called first thing. Lady said, pretty sure I can have it delivered today. I will call if there is a problem. No call and no delivery. After wasting 2 1/2 days of waiting for it, I received it on the third day. Time is money! I wasted a lot of time waiting for the delivery.
Small box on top of skid damaged internally. Open all cartons upon receipt. No help from anyone.
