Shipping on an item this light and small is very high - more than $20. I wouldn't be buying this if it had come with the stove we paid $1800 for...should have come with it. Still not happy that we had to pay another $200 to have a working stove.

Well it wasnt the one i order i call back and the rep said i had to order the Geluxe fireplace in order to recived the one in the ad online with gold trim i told him i allready had that fireplace i was ordering an replacement so that what i thought i was getting but when i got the oder get was black front with no gold trim like the last one i had wish it would have been with the trim he said he would try to send me the gold trim but hadnt heard back on it
Quality control lacking. Loose screws on circuit board and blower motor. Loose bolt rolling around in blower compartment. I'm not sure if it belongs somewhere or what.
