I haven't received anything yet, so I can't speak to product, but the site is easy to use, they were quick to get back with me via email when I had a question, and... So far so good.
I can now speak of product. I received it quickly. The driver called me when he was close, which gave me time to prepare. He was helpful and polite.
I got my heat pump in perfect condition and would recommend hvac direct to anyone. My dad told me he would need a new unit before summer sets in and I suggested them.
In short, I couldn't be happier.

It is the first time I buy with HVAC, I hope the service is of quality waiting to receive the purchased items, thanks.
We looked at this product this summer and were told by a representative he would bring up a sample to show us prior to purchasing. We waited to purchase til we saw the sample, but were not ever contacted after that to see the sample, and then the price increased $700 on the product. We were unable to get the previous lower price, although we were waiting on a sales representative to contact us that they had the sample ready to show us. Therefore, we ended up paying more than we planned because we were waiting for something we had been promised.
