First, I AM mechanically inclined and have done some HVAC "grunt work" in my past, therefore I was pretty familiar with what we were up against. I installed (replaced) a split system in a single wide mobile home. It was nothing but pure hard work, but we saved a ton of money for a elderly lady that has very little income.
So, the system arrive in BLAZING Fast time, not sure how this company shipped so quickly.
The HVAC system was in perfect order and the install was trouble free.
NOW, I did get very confused on the low voltage (thermostat) wiring. So, I opened a "live chat" with HVAC Direct and got GREAT satisfaction. A engineer emailed me a very nice and simple drawing of the wiring IN COLOR to match the low voltage wires.
I am EXTREMELY Happy with this purchase and a sweet 87 year old woman is nice and cool now!
I will probably be purchasing a new system for my home this fall

GREAT UNITS. HAVE PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED THE GOODMAN UNITS. THEY ARE FANTASTIC. PLUS THE COMPANY SHIPS DIRECT TO THE JOB SITE. THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT. THERE WAS A PROBLEM THIS TIME WITH THE DRIVER NOT CALLING 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ARRIVING TO THE JOB SITE AND UNIT WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THE DISPATCHER FROM THE DELIVERY COMPANY WAS PROACTIVE IN GETTING THE ISSUE RESOLVED THE SAME DAY BY DISPATCHING ANOTHER TRUCK TO COME PICK UP THE UNIT WITH OUR HELP AND BRINGING TO THE PROPER ADDRESS.
