I made an error in selection of lines for my order and the great people at HVAC Direct identified it and called me to clarify whether or not I intended to make that exact order OR if I had made a mistake. I explained it was a mistake and they kindly and courteously substituted the correct item. As they were filling my order they realized that I had ordered something no longer available but because it was on the website at the time of my order, they substituted a BETTER unit at no additional charge. HVAC Direct is a wonderful company that truly puts the customer first!

Shipping was supposed to be free but $35 was charged. It is best to just charge the $35 for shipping because most customers will not have equipment to move the unit. It is otherwise a point of argument.
We had problems with the trucking company. Our Delivery was set up and confirmed for Monday delivery. I received a message Monday morning to set up delivery for Tuesday or Wednesday. I called to let them know we were already set for delivery and he told me there was no set up and he would have been the one to set it up. I hung up on him after I told him to talk to my husband. The order was delivered, not on Monday.

Great selection/ great prices/ great product
Clear instructions and information about the product was easy to obtain. Shipping information was not clear from the beginning and has to be rectified after purchase. I was not aware of the shipping times as well as I was not aware when my items had shipped. I was only aware when it was ready for delivery so I was not able to plan in advance to be home for delivery. Otherwise, items are as described. One came with a dent due to shipping and they quickly rectified the matter. Other than the lack of information about the shipping, great overall experience. A 4 out of 5.
